We were very impressed with the beauty of the location and the condo. We did not have any negative comments at all. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We plan on trying to come back in a few months.

Relaxing Respite

The property was just as advertised! Everyone enjoyed the spaciousness and quietness of the condo, as well as the decor. By far, the natural beauty of the sloping backyard that worked its way down to the river was the greatest highlight. We watched the squirrels, birds, ducks and geese in their natural habitat. I highly recommend this place for families who are wanting to relax and enjoy nature at its finest!

Awful communication

The stay was gorgeous and we really did enjoy the house itself. But upstairs neighbors partied all weekend and we had 2 baby’s under 2 years old. Tried to communicate with the property manager and they did not communicate properly or didn’t try to accommodate us at all. Location, and everything was great just not a very welcome stay for a family with children.

Vacation

Location was peaceful and beautiful. We mainly traveled into San Antonio and around New Braunfels area. Very quiet. Slight issue with a small faucet leak and toilet flush valve that filled slowly. We were responded to quickly and someone came out while we were gone. Wasn't perfect but was fine because there are two bathrooms. Only small complaint was there were no hangers. I believe 4 pm check in is too late. Faucet in king bathroom flooded the counter and ran onto the floor before we noticed. The light switch by the fridge shocked me. The lighting in kitchen blinked on and off. Never was able to use the TV

Excellent property!!

This place is pristine and nicely furnished. It sits about 15 mins from Greune and such a great value! The view and access of the Guadalupe River is so beautiful! There’s not a lot of provided items such as spices and such, but they state that right in the description, so just pack accordingly. We didn’t cook anyway, rather enjoyed local restaurants. Wildflour Bakery and Grill had AMAZING breakfast! I highly recommend this property as it’s so awesome and so reasonably priced! We’ll definitely be back!!

Great location, Easy to get to SA/Austin etc.

This was our second visit to this complex. Different unit and management company, great location. Peaceful, lovely views of river and wildlife. We stayed for a month, so our requirements are different from those who use this place for summer. WiFi good, if slow Check in was OK, but directions for using the door code were confusing. Response from the management company was good. Response from the management company was also good when we had a minor repair. I also asked for a vacuum cleaner. It wasn't clear that they would supply one, but two days later a brand new one (in box) was delivered. We had to assemble (minor detail) but we needed a screwdriver to attach the handle -- couldn't find one! Our biggest hiccup: complex gate entry code was changed without notice, locking us out temporarily. This unit had better quality furnishings than our prior unit. Glad to have washer/dryer & iron/ironing board. But no place to put clothes. Some drawers in the bedrooms (even Rubbermaid plastics in the closets!) and some hangers, please! Kitchen is equipped for the summer visitors with sufficient dishes/glassware (all plastic) and good quality cookware, including tools for the BBQ grill (didn't use), toaster, coffee maker, etc. but lacked some basic things -- serving bowls, serving utensils, a working can opener, etc. We found a resell store to supplement. Who doesn't supply place mats to protect a nice table?!? Nonworking ice machine, but ice tray in freezer. Overall, a good visit.

On the river

This is our second year coming to this exact condo, it is so nice and right on the river. We have done quick little river trips with friends close to our kids going back to school as an adult trip to get away. Very nice little property, can walk right into the water and enjoy the peaceful area.

Disappointing stay-not as advertised

Location was good. However, several issues with appliances not working. * Microwave broken completely * Both TV's in bedroom had remotes that did not control TV's/no written directions or verbal ones given on how to use remotes? Reached out to owners to see if we could get microwave replaced as I have handicapped husband who uses microwave a lot to prepare meals. They said that they could not replace in the 5 days we were staying. We offered to get a budget microwave under a 100 dollars to use while we were there, provided that they deduct that amount from our bill. They denied our request and said that they did not want to replace it. Even though it was a terrible inconvenience to my husband. Did not seem to be concerned at ALL. TV's : they asked for pictures, videos of them not working which were sent. Then they said that since they got them the second day that they would not come out to look at them. So no TV in either bedroom for the whole week. It was advertised with working TV's in both bedrooms. My husband spent most of his time indoors as he is disabled and not being able to go to his room to rest and watch TV was very difficult for him. No offer of deducting any money from our bill as we did not receive the services we paid for completely. In fact, no direct communication with the owner. Just a service as a go between. Bottom Line: Service not as advertised. Plenty of other units there that I am sure had working microwave/TV's. Rent them not this unit!

Great little spot

A couple of friends and i stayed here for a girls trip in the middle of the week. The condo had great access to the river just down the hill. Everything was clean and instructions were perfect. We had a great time.

Amazing location for a girls' weekend!

My best friend and I visited for a weekend to see her husband (a touring musician) play at Whitewater Ampitheater and have some "mom's time" away from our kiddos. The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the view of the river from the back patio is absolutely gorgeous. The drive time to and from the Whitewater Ampitheater was about 6 short minutes, which was also a bonus! Communication from the property manager was top-notch; they accommodated our request for early check-in, and when I had a few questions upon check-in, they responded to my texts within minutes. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay! :)

The back porch was a lovely, peaceful retreat! Comfy couch, pillows & rug to take in the beautiful Guadalupe River & carved rocks!!! We will visit again
