Great place for size and furniture. The TVs could not be turned on, and no instructions left in your folder. You need to pay attention to this. The maintenance guy over the phone was courteous and 100% non-helpful. Later he came to our unit; however, we were dressed for bed and were reading and did not invite him in. We travel a lot and this experience is not good. Thanks, Scot Clark

Wurstfest Weekend

This is our second year staying at Waterwheel for Wurstfest. The condo is comfortable, clean, and meets our needs perfectly! We felt safe entering, exiting, and using the amenities. Security is present on the grounds, and while things are lively in the pools during the day, nighttime is quiet and peaceful. The condo was nicely decorated, and the host included lots of info on things to do around town during our stay. We didn’t use the provided tubes this trip, but did walk down to the river and it is very nice and calm in this section. We talked about going back this summer to enjoy the river. The host was great about reaching out with check in info prior to our stay and we had no issues. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay!

The property is very clean, and well kept. The unit we stayed in was updated and very nice, and we loved the quick walk down to the Guadalupe river. We'll definitely book with River City again. Thanks!

Family fun

Seriously close to EVERYTHING. You can float 2 plus hrs with a 10 minute walk from the condo. Very clean and well run property. Only negative thing I can say is the walls are a bit thin. So be mentally prepared for early morning noise. You could also hear the toilets flush from upstairs... kinda loud. All in all it was fun and $ was not over costly.

Do it!

Great place to relax. Just my wife and I stayed for a few days. There were plenty of places to eat, shop, grab coffee, etc. Great location. Steps to the pool, and a few more to the river. I should have brought a fishing pole, but I will next time.

Fantastic!!

This was the clearest condo I have ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate including the grounds, pools, and hot tubs. This condo is centrally located near everything and made getting around so easy. Thank you for a wonderful and stress free stay!
