The staff was helpful and kind, especially in helping me carry my suitcase up the narrow spiral stairs. The room was simple, and the bed was small but perfect for me. A nice selection of food for breakfast. Make sure to have croissants every day; they are delicious! A staff member shared they get them from a local bakery. I also loved the two kitty residents. I hope they continue to have these lovely creatures.
