Loved the location being so close to the beach. The house had a few issues during our stay. Main patio door was broken, one of the bedrooceiling fans was broken, the upstairs carpet is very worn. Some of the A/C vents had mold around them and were dripping water (upstairs hallway and master bath). The master bath door was super hard to close. It needs to be cut down on the bottom. There is a lot of scuff marks on the walls downstairs. On a positive note Therran was very responsive and had someone come right over and address the ceiling fan issue and the patio door issue. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and overall very clean.

3rd Annual Trip

This is our third year to this property as a family, and once again we had an amazing visit! The property was beautifully decorated and we loved the new sofa! Everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more and this is for a very large family who only cooks at home on these trips. Thank you for thinking of everything!! Oh and I must mention the sweet lady in charge of cleaning and supplies is amazing. We will see you next year!

Navarre is a hidden Gem!

This is the third time our family has stayed in this condo. Great location on the beach, very clean with everything you need. All as described in the description. Lots of space and the lower level with ping pong, Kayak and beach chairs and extras is great. Excellent communication with the owners. Highly recommend!

Great location

The location of the property is great. We enjoyed our stay and would have given a higher rating aside for a couple of issues. There was quite a bit of black mold on a vent in one of the bathrooms and in the adjoining bedroom, as well as on the shower curtain in one of the upstairs bathrooms. The trash container outside was full when we arrived and smelled like it hadn't been taken out in at least a week before we got there. These are not all the issues, but the major ones we encountered. I will say the owner was quick to respond and offered to have the cleaning crew come out and address the issues, but not once was an apology even offered. While the location was great, I do not believe we would rebook this property.

Great Place on the Beach.

The Beachfront Townhouse was the perfect place for our family vacation. Great location, huge kitchen, two fridges, plenty of chairs and canopy for the beach. We'll be back.

Home Away from Home

The property had everything you needed.. from towels and kitchen necessities down to games and puzzles. It was really nice and homey. Being on the beach was so wonderful! We were able to watch the sunrise from the deck. Manager and cleaning lady were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Beach House

We had an Amazing time at this location! It is set up so well for children and the walk to the beach was great!! Just a few steps and your there. It was so nice not to have to bring beach accessories because this place has everything you could need! We will definitely be back!!!

Great place to relax!

This place was great, has all the beach chairs, canopy, toys, life jackets, etc you need for your family, so it’s great knowing you don’t have to pack all that stuff. House was very clean, and the master bed was so comfortable. Plus it was great having a bar and coffee right outside the master bedroom. Couple minor issues was a board on the master bed deck was sticking up on one end, and the main deck light did not work. Neither bothered us, just noticed them.

Family Vacation 2021

Fantastic property

We have been coming to the various beaches in the area for 20 plus years, and this is one of my favorite rentals we've ever had. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our group had 9 people (6 adults and 3 kids ages 10 mos-3 years) and we were all at home. Will definitely return!
