The unit was very comfortable and well stocked and the host was extremely responsive to all our inquiries. The location was within walking distance of Broadway, the Ryman, Bridgestone Arena and many great restaurants. We'd certainly stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.

Host are super friendly and replied back to any questions very quickly. Great location and house had plenty of space and well decorated. Loved the mural. I would high recommend if you looking to stay close to Broadway!

Good location.

The location was definitely convenient — just a 15-minute walk to Broadway with a cute coffee shop only a block away. We also enjoyed using scooters to get around; the downhill walk to Broadway made it easy to explore the city.Guests should be aware that there’s quite a bit of road noise, which might be a factor for light sleepers.

Great Location/Easy to Do Business

This location was perfect for a concert downtown just a few blocks away to all the action. Response from owner was quick and the description and process laid out for the rental was detailed. Highly recommend.

Business Trip to Nashville

We were visiting Nashville for a weeklong business function. This property was conveniently located near the office and has easy walkable access to downtown. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our visit, including a place for evening socializing with our colleagues.

Vikings Game

6 of us came down for the Viking game. Came for a long weekend. This place was perfect 6 blocks to Broadway and 1 mile to the football stadium. Locating this place and parking was easy.

Football game weekend

We had a good stay during a football weekend. This location is close to downtown and Nissan stadium. One thing to know is the street in on a hill. Straight up hill back to condo from downtown area. Great secure location for parking is nice. Clean and well stocked.

Wouldn’t have let my dog stay there

Dark, poor location (busy street close by) bad odor in bedroom, totally misrepresented. We left upon entering and of course they didn’t refund. Total waste. Might work for a frat party.

Great location, clean place, great for the price

Very comfortable, and clean place! It’s in a great location very close to many things. We didn't have to uber anywhere, everything was within walking distance. No complaints, would definitely book again!

Nice and convenient

Townhome was great. I booked this place for me my sister and a friend for a ladies/ convention week but, unfortunately, my friend had to cancel at the last minute. It is conveniently located to downtown Nashville and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars and the convention center. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. There were plenty of towels, washcloths and shampoo. The only negative was there was no toilet paper in either of the bathrooms. We had to do a quick trip to a convenience store but it wasn’t a big deal.

SOUTHERN CHARM

WILL BOOK AGAIN! Clean, safe, comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better! Parking was easy and I loved that it was in a gated area. Excellent communication with the property owners. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend!

2 days in Nashville

This was a first time trip to Nashville with my husband and his sister and her husband. The property is clean, walkable to Broadway. It worked out perfect for our time there. I would recommend and stay again. You park at this property and never have to use your car if you don’t want to. Host communicated great through whole process. Please be aware that you are staying close to everything so it is a bit noisy. Ear plugs at night solved the problem!

We enjoyed our time at this townhome. It was so convenient to walk to and from Broadway and be in a more quiet neighborhood. The furniture was a little more worn down than the pictures indicate. The couches had stains on them, and the pull out couch was very flimsy so we ended up putting the mattress on the floor, but the other beds were nice and we had all the supplies we needed. hosts were very communicative and nice and it was a good house for what we needed.
