Great property and property management!

This was a great property to stay at, the place was super clean and anytime I had a question or concern throughout the entire booking process the responses were so quick and helpful. I would definitely book another stay with them or recommend to anyone!

Beautiful home/Excellent Location

My party of 4 ladies thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this penthouse! A few blocks off the main 12 South strip - walking to local restaurants and shops was a breeze! The rooftop patio was lovely - we spent a couple hours relaxing there in between activities. Lady Bird Taco is conveniently located in the same building so early morning coffee and tacos were great! Pictures of the place is very accurate - very tastefully decorated and clean! Ubers arrived in just a few minutes when called. 10/10 recommend this place!

Great vibe

We loved this place. It has a cool vibe and lots of room. There was tons of natural light but also great curtains that blocked out the sun in the AM. Even though it's right next to a school, it was also super quiet. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for four of us. The owner was also very quick to respond to any messages. 12 South is a cool neighborhood with plenty of eateries, but most other areas are also a short car ride away. Parking was also not problem.

Wow!!

We were blown away by all the care & details that went into making this an amazing place to stay. The interior design was full of character, comfortable & on trend with a Modern feel. Everything you needed was there. The building was sound proof, giving you extra comfort. Location was charming. Sweet neighborhood with adorable homes. Lots of families walking with kids & dogs. Beside the property was a small Elementary school so we occasionally watched the cuties at recess on play ground. At other times their were owners playing fetch with their dogs. Walking distance to the popular 12South with their boutique shops & restaurants.

Lovely stay

This location is PERFECT to everything I wanted to be close to in Nashville. I was having a staycation with some friends for a birthday and this house was the best situation I could’ve asked for. Thank you!!!

Birthday Babe!

Fantastic flat! Perfect location for off the beaten path. Easy check-in and had everything we needed and then some. Kids had a surprise delivery upon arrival and LOADS of recommendations and information to make out first trip to Nashville a knowledgeable one. Lady Bird taco down stairs, has awesome tacos all day. We will certainly be back!

Perfect for weekend getaway

Property was very responsive and helpful. Provided a lot of guidance re: restaurants, things to do. Enjoyed being in the 12 South area a little away from the busy ness but close enough for a quick ride to the gulch/ broadway. Cute outdoor space, contemporary design.

Run and Don't Look Back!

We took a chance on this property since there were no reviews listed. I should've followed my first mind and stayed at a hotel as this was my first and last Vrbo stay. In short, within 30 minutes of arriving my guest and I noticed there was blood, stains, and hair on the beds and dog fur all over the couch. I immediately contacted the property to express my disgust, find out where I could send the dozen or so pictures I'd taken, and inform them that we wouldn't be staying at the property and would like to initiate the refund process. Called Vrbo's customer service with no success and the property's team took a while to get back to me about where to upload photos. In the end, they only refunded about $100 (cleaning fee) for a 4-day stay that cost $1,000+ stating that I didn't cancel my reservation in enough time.
