We took a chance on this property since there were no reviews listed. I should've followed my first mind and stayed at a hotel as this was my first and last Vrbo stay. In short, within 30 minutes of arriving my guest and I noticed there was blood, stains, and hair on the beds and dog fur all over the couch. I immediately contacted the property to express my disgust, find out where I could send the dozen or so pictures I'd taken, and inform them that we wouldn't be staying at the property and would like to initiate the refund process. Called Vrbo's customer service with no success and the property's team took a while to get back to me about where to upload photos. In the end, they only refunded about $100 (cleaning fee) for a 4-day stay that cost $1,000+ stating that I didn't cancel my reservation in enough time.
