Although there was a slight hiccup with the check-in process, one phone call solved things, and we were immediately able to access the property.The house is a gem! Plenty of space for our party of six, where nobody felt cramped or crowded. The two queen sized beds are in the master and the adjoining bathroom is beautiful! Each of the king size bedrooms are between a shared bathroom.The kitchen is well appointed, with everything one needs to cook in or grill in the backyard. I appreciated that there were plenty of quality dishes, plates, pans, glassware, and flatware. A quick Uber ride from Broadway, but out of the noise, and no worries about parking.

Big house with a lot of sleeping space! You could seriously fit an extended family in here. Big comfy couch. Nice kitchen to cook in. Do not walk around at night- it is definitely not the best neighborhood. The street the house was on felt safe but the surrounding areas did not. Host was great and responsive to questions! Nashville was fun!!

Property was great, minutes away from downtown neighborhood was quite. Communication with Property manager was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was that there was only 1 TV in the house, the bedrooms had no TVs of there ownOnly complaint was sonly 1only

Birthday weekend

We went to Nashville for my sister and niece’s birthday. The house was great and the perfect set up for all of us! It was a little further from downtown than I expected but it was easy to get an uber to and from anywhere we wanted to go within minutes! Management was great to deal with and overall we had a great experience.

Beautiful, updated home

We loved this house. It was gorgeous inside with a total remodel. Neighborhood is old, home across the street had bars and graffiti on the businesses. Although, the neighborhood was quiet.

Nashville Family trip

The house is set-up perfectly for large groups. The bedrooms are huge and private. Downtown Broadway street is 8 - 10 minute drive or a $17 - $20 Uber ride. Perfect location on a quiet street to relax after a day of experiencing the high energy of the city.

Clean, comfy and quiet!

This property is amazing! It is bright and so clean! We were about 10 minutes from Nashville in a quiet neighborhood. We couldn't find the grill brush and one was delivered the next day! We couldn't find kitchen towels and needed batteries for the TV...delivered in person! We highly recommend staying here!!
