The stay started off a little rough. It was hard to find appropriate parking. The path to the parking in the back was uneven, not paved and filled with some potholes. During our stay, neighbors tend to park on the path as well, blocking the path sometimes. The unit itself was overall ok. One of the two guitars had broken strings. The washer/dryer combo was dirty inside and it shook up the entire unit on the spin cycle. It also leaked lots of water. The flooring had water damage. Also a moldy smell came from inside the closet behind the washer/dryer machine. The dishwasher had black mold inside the racks. It smelled awful upon opening. The bedrooms were ok. Only thing is you couldn’t really use the closets because it was partially used as a storage for linens and towels and large plastic bins. There was also a strip of laminate wood that had nails sticking out. It was a worrisome thing as my wife and I almost had our feet punctured, along with our dogs. We put a thick towel over it to prevent from getting injured. The shower tiles were super slippery. I would advise the owners to go with a smaller sized tile to help with footing. We also had to place a towel inside the shower to prevent any slips or falls. The location is good or bad depending on the person. We found it neither good or bad. It is very convenient to the freeway and downtown Nashville but we didn’t spend much time in Nashville. The communication was good overall. They were nice and helpful.
