Great for large groups

Had a great time with my group. Both houses accommodated us well. Everything is nearby and can uber anywhere for cheap. Neighborhood is a little bit sketchy, but as long as you aren't roaming around, it's perfectly fine.

Family brezk for CMA

We travelled as a group of 10 the 2 town houses were fabulous we were slightly concerned about the staires but they weren't an issue as not that many. The homes had everything that we need and more. Hot tub was maintained weekly and we were informed before the man came. We had an issue one night when some lights went out but it was rectified immediately. The neighbourgh was great everyone was so friendly and happy to give us tips and advise. The local shop which is 5 mins away had everything we needed for breakfast,lunch and dinner. We hired a car and used lift and uber to get about but the bus station is also 5mins away and again staff very friendly and helpful. Would recomend this propery and would be happy to use again

Wonderful condos and fantastic staff

We are a group of 10 people so we rented both condos. Son…the maintenance man was so accommodating and responsive when there was an issue. The toaster didn’t work and Son appeared within half and hour with a new toaster. They supplied us with a number to contact for a 15 person van @5.00 a person to drive us around….Wonderful used them for everything. Condos were clean, well stocked and having one condo with the hot tube and the other with the outdoor kitchen .Son even found the IPad that was left and sent it back to us….he is fantastic! Thank you all,

Exceeded expectations!

We were looking for a nice place to have a family reunion. The photos were beautiful and our interaction with the host was phenomenal. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find it was even better than I anticipated! Very clean and oh my… the beds are incredibly comfortable!! Zero hiccups. Only a 5-8 Lyft to downtown. We will definitely stay here again when in Nashville. Highly recommend!!

Holiday Townhome Stay (Units E & F)

Good place for adults expecting to be out for the day/evening. Beds were very comfy, big bathrooms, w/modern furnishings. Hot tub was nice. Not ideal rental for families planning to spend time together in the evenings. Suggest stocking kitchens w/pots, pans and enough dishes/ silverware for # of guests. Neither dishwasher worked and no table to sit around in either unit. NOTE: it’s more than “a few steps” into the house as it’s a narrow townhome; so, it’s a steep 20 steps straight up to 2nd fl living space and the same to the 3rd level. Be aware if you have mobility issues.

too many stairs

Excellent appliances & kitchens nice overall. Bad choice on our part as my wife & I are both 80 & stairs were a killer. Should have inquired about the layout. Location is in the ghetto. Did not feel safe having our teenage girls leave the property without adults accompanying them. Grill was a mess - wouldn't think of using it. Mattresses are too soft. Communication with property manager excellent.

Vikings weekend in Nashville

The property was very nice and clean. I really appreciated the number of bathrooms throughout the property. (One more bathroom than bedrooms). The neighborhood wasn't the best. However, it was only a 10-minute drive to Broadway. I was pleased that the property was accurately reflected on the VRBO site. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Great place for a large family get together!

We had 2 side by side units for 20 of us!! Be very mindful if you have folks that don’t handle stairs well because there are a LOT of stairs !! 😃. ( Good for the calves) Also don’t bring heavy luggage as you have to haul it up! The place comes with a garage if you get a rental car but I highly advise it’s cheaper to Uber or Lyft everywhere! We covered the city and it was easy to access. There is a risky neighborhood very close by but you do NOT have to go that way but need to be mindful if out running! I would recommend this place

This property is a great opportunity when you want to share with a large group of friends and family. It's well-equipped with everything you need, clean, and cozy. Side by side rental perfect for extended family!

We had a very easy check in process. The listing and emails were accurate. There were a few small things that should be repaired but nothing that was a big deal. The shower in F upstairs needs repair. Not the best shower heads. We only had one working coffee maker for both sides but made it work. The neighborhood was okay, not great for walking. We loved the space and utilized the garage for family style meals for our large groups. It was so nice on the rooftop and the hot tub was wonderful to use. It would’ve been nice to know there were approximately 45 stairs from the front door to upper level bedrooms we had elders with us and socializing in the garage became a norm due to stairs. Overall a lovely location for large families and groups. We are so thankful for the location to provide ample time together.

NFL Tradition 2023

Each year my group of friends travels to see a football game in a different stadium. This year was my team, the Tennessee Titans & NASHVILLE! The property was awesome. We had plenty of space. Everyone had a bedroom and bathroom. There were ten of us (5 couples, there were 6, but one had to cancel.) So we had room to spare. The rooms were great, no problems.There are LOTS of stairs, so you will get a bit of a workout. We had no complaints. Communication with the property managers was quick for the questions we had. The property is not in the greatest looking neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues. I would definitely recommend this property!
