The location was great...a couple of coffee shops a block away downtown nashville-broadway a very short drive and other shops and restaurants around the corner.We enjoyed the outdoor area and cornhole.Place was clean and as described.

We loved the apartment and its proximity to Belmont. Expedia says it’s a 2 bedroom but it’s 1 bedroom and a fold-out sofa bed in the living room. The communication and amenities were lovely. Recommend modifying the window shade at the bottom so it doesn’t slap against the window the whole time the AC is running. Overall very good!

Our stay was wonderful. Location was awesome and access to parking was easy. The bed was very comfortable and there was nothing I needed that was not already provided. We will definitely stay there again if going back to Nashville!

Had a great stay in Nashville. Suite was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Great location. The host was very responsive. The only downside was the wifi. It was extremely slow and made it hard to stream anything. Would still recommend as a nice place to stay.

Almost everything was very clean. There was some dirt and hairs on the mattress cover on the pull out, but the sheets to put on it were clean so that wasn’t a bit issue. Overall great stay :)

Nashville Trip Stay

We had a wonderful time. We would definitely come back to The Vinyl! It was clean, comfortable with all the necessities of home. Great communication with the manager. The Area of Music Row was perfect for us, walking distance to Broadway and still so much to enjoy in Music Row! We would definitely come back to The Vinyl. Thank you!

Great home away from home on music row!

The Producer’s Suite was great! The space was clean and had lots of nice amenities. Christy was very communicative and available to answer questions and provide information as needed. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Great Spot - Accessibility Challenges

It made for a great stay. Unexpectedly, we needed to use the Vanderbilt ER/hospital and the location could not have been more convenient. It was also a quiet respite from the madness of downtown, which we were looking to avoid. My only critique is the lack of railings up the few steps to our apt. With nothing to hold onto, I became the railing. And while the handicap parking was convenient for me to have when the back lot was full, it was hard to climb up and down from to our apt. Overall, this is a terrific and well appointed and very clean apt. Highly recommend unless you have mobility issues.

3 Days on Music Row

I took my special needs adult nephew to Nashville as he loves music. He does not like large hotels or crowded places so this VBRO was perfect. Nice home like private place in a quiet neighborhood was ideal. Communications from the owner/property manager was fantastic. Everything spelled out clearly in letter received prior to checkin and they checked up on us during our stay. We will certainly use this location again on our trips to Nashville in the future.

Fantastic Stay

Great apartment. Easy walking to most anything downtown. Cheap Uber ride to Grand Ole Opry. We didn’t hear any of the construction noise in the morning. We could head people walking above us, but all the tenets were respectful while we were there so it wasn’t anything that would keep us from staying again. We didn’t hear through the walls as easily as some of the other reviews mention. Communication with Christy was top tier, from the moment we rented through our departure. All in all we’d definitely stay again and I’ve already recommended The Vinyl to several friends! Thanks for having us!
