Will Stay Here Again!

The communication was excellent from the start and throughout. Very responsive. All instructions were easy and very clear. The home had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was just as pictured. The location was perfect. I didn't realize it's located on the strip. Everything is within walking distance - coffee, breakfast, meals, dessert, shopping, a park - we did it all! All the action was right outside our windows. Ample parking conveniently on property in the back of the building. I felt very safe inside and outside of the building. Also centrally located to downtown, the airport, and other places we ventured to. Didn't drive more than 15 minutes away. Everyone we encountered in the neighborhood were very hospitable. The neighborhood is super dog-friendly too and very clean. It was amazing how quiet the home was with all that activity outside and how quiet at night too. We want to stay here again and again!

This condo is so cute! It has everything that you need. Location is ideal, walking distance to numerous food establishments and shopping! Host communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Business/Personal Trip

Really loved everything about this place. I was here for work and decided to stay the week and work from here so I could also spend time with my son who is attending college here. The place is adorable and location couldn’t be better. The hosts were fantastic, quick to reply to any questions. This will be the first place I check for availability on my next trip to Nashville!

My husband and I celebrated our 45th anniversary in Nashville with friends. The condo was just beautiful and absolutely perfect for us. The 12 South neighbourhood is wonderful and very quiet. Full of restaurants and little shops. Located a short 10 min ride to downtown Nashville.

Fantastic Stay

Everything was spotless! The place was cozy and comfortable. There was nothing we needed that we didn’t have and the location was the absolute BEST! So many wonderful restaurants and shops were within walking distance that we barely had any need to move our cars! The free parking was super appreciated too! We will definitely be back!

Nashville Getaway

This property was perfect. It's a short distance from downtown but we spent a lot of time just in this neighborhood enjoying the many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was better than advertised - very clean and comfortable with a well stocked full kitchen. And even though it's located on a busy street, there was no street noise. I would recommend this for anyone who would like a quiet retreat from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville.

Sweet Spot

The location could not be more perfect! It is steps away from fabulous shops and restaurants. Yet just a short ride to downtown. We appreciated the convenience of the parking lot. The place was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities. We would return in a heartbeat!

What a perfect location off the hustle and bustle of Broadway. The room was walking distance to so many cute shops and eateries! We loved this location and it only took minutes to get to play on Broadway!

Awesome location!

Right in the heart of a quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants and coffee within 5 minute walk. Good homebase to be able to explore Nashville. The only thing I would recommend is a better pullout mattress, or maybe a foam topper to throw on the pullout. We felt right at home, very quickly.

Perfect getaway

We were super impressed with our stay! Loved how safe and secure we felt. The area was perfect! Whatever you wanted, it was right there!! Coffee, bbq, cookies, burgers, tacos, plants. 😊 The owners were super helpful and sweet. They shared some highlights and gave great recommendations for the area!! If we come back to Nashville, we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Boutique Studio

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the 12 South District. This property is a darling apartment above Draper James. It is spacious, very comfortable, and well appointed. It is in a fun neighborhood with shopping and restaurants right outside the door to walk to. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Nearly perfect stay

We loved our time at this little apartment. It’s close to the park and many other restaurants and bars. It was space perfect for the two of us, but we did think the pictures make the space look a little bigger than it is. We had some issues getting the tv to work. Very comfy bed!!! Easy check in and check out. The hosts were responsive and very kind. We loved it!

Very good flat.

The flat was very nice. We had air conditioning issues over the 6 nights we were there. Finally got resolved on day 5. The table lamp bedside is too short and bulb not bright enough to read by with any ease. A grab bar in the shower wine helpful for older guests. We will rent again.

Wonderful stay and location!

This property is in a great location above Draper James. There are lots of restaurants, cafés and shops within walking distance. The condo was very nice and had lots of light. It had a well-stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer! The bed was amazing - so comfortable! Scarlett was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
