Cute, cozy and quiet

Close to restaurants, shops and Nissian Stadium (we were in town for a two night concert). Parking was easy and never had any issues finding a spot on 9th St. Ubered to the stadium and walked home afterwards. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Property was cozy and perfect for our needs. Really enjoyed our stay.

Widespread panic weekend trip

We enjoyed the clean space in a safe neighborhood with our two dogs. We felt very comfortable here. Within 5-10 minutes of almost anything and everything that Nashville has to offer! Great recommendations from host and former guests!

Great unit, very new and clean and super cute. First time staying in East Nash and the location was great easily walkable for groceries, beverages, restaurants, and nightlife. Rented Bcycles for easy access to downtown. Thanks!

Excellent east Nashville experience

This property was the perfect space for my wife and I to stay with our dog. We had everything we needed, and the space was cozy. The area was very walkable, with plenty of parks, walking paths, and restaurants nearby.

Amazing long weekend in Nashville

Cute, clean and tidy. Ann easy walk to a few local Bars. Ubers were easy in and out of the centre until concert night but it was an easy walk to and from the stadium so all good. The apartment was perfect for our stay. All we needed to be comfortable for our long weekend. Alece was super easy to contact and very helpful. She gave us lots of details re check-in to make it as simple as possible. We would definitely recommend use again f we we go back to Nashville.

Clean,Great Location

I LOVE staying in this neighborhood when I visit Nashville. My husband and I stayed at this adorable place and it was perfect for the two of us. We took an Uber when we went downtown so we didn’t have to park and drive downtown. The parking for the house was great. Always had a parking spot available and the private entrance to the apartment was just right up an alley. Very safe feel to the neighborhood and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would DEFINITELY recommend this place! The host even left a personal message welcoming us, which I thought was a nice touch.

Traveling with yourself or with a partner? Perfect spot for you!!

This was the perfect location for exploring what east Nashville has to offer. With a private entrance we could come and go as we pleased but still felt the safety of the neighborhood! Host was magnificent leaving great suggestions in their book, Hawkers Street Food was divine! Space was immaculate with everything we could possibly need on our short stay. Additionally that bed was SOO COMFY!!! I haven’t slept that well away from my own home EVER! I can’t recommend this place enough and when we come back to Nashville we will surely be staying here again!

Charming stay

The guest house was clean and comfortable. The owners did a great job with the place. The guest house is private from the main home and the neighborhood was quiet. We had everything we needed. The location is amazing! Easily walkable to many local restaurants and bars. Only a short Uber ride into downtown. Would definitely recommend and we hope to come back soon!!

Lovely stay!

The Modern Guest Suite was perfect for our retirement celebration stay in Nashville with our new 6 month old puppy. Lovely clean apartment with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. We are so grateful to have a place to bring our young dog. Alece was super helpful and very responsive on any communications and questions we had. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Loft Studio

Well thought out space, bright and cheerful. Comfy bed and great location. We loved walking to restaurants and biking to the beautiful Shelby Bottom park. (We had our own bikes.) The historic neighborhood has some beautiful, old homes.

First time in Nashville

Perfect place for a couple. Very quiet and relaxing. About a mile to Broadway and very close to restaurants in East Nashville. Breakfast at nearby Sky Blue was great. We would definitely stay there again.

25 year Reunion with my Son

My trip started in San Felipe, Mexico so was quite the journey! I really loved the brightness all the light availed itself in the apartment. I did not feel cramped or claustrophic like being in Motel. I felt like I was home! The decor was my style and why I chose this vrbo. I loved not having keys! It was 15 min. walk to my son's home and only a 5 min. drive from their home (my son loved that!). The location was gorgeous. My family (total 5 of us) walked to the Tomatoe Festival in the Fatherland District. Close to downtown too! My trip was a "perfect" reunion for me and my son and his family. It couldn't have been better!! If I come again to Nashville, I would definitely stay there!! Muchas Gracias amiga!
