It's a very well-designed apartment with an excellent location and a great view. As for communication during check-in, it was quite stressful because there was no one in person to explain everything to us, and we're not very adept at the technology used to check in. I would recommend washing the kitchen utensils because they get dusty if they're not used very often. But overall, we really liked it, and on a next visit to Nashville, we might request your services again. Thank you for everything.

Room wasn't ready till 4pm and had to call to get them to activate the one key to say my room was ready. Never received code to get into building and had to call to get it

Only good thing about this place is the location. I booked here because it showed a pool, I also called and talked to someone that said the pool was open year round. There is NO pool. Extremely false advertising on their part. Don’t have photos of a pool on your web page if there isn’t one. Extremely frustrating. There was also no way for us to get into the building, the instructions didn’t work and we had to keep waiting for people to let us in. As soon as we checked in we quickly realized there was no water in our room at all. Nobody had notified us, I had to contact the building to find out a pipe had burst. It wasn’t clean at all, the shower floor was completely chipped and there was marks all over the walls, the couch was also disgustingly stained. (I wish I could attach photos.) The entire stay was extremely disappointing for the price we paid. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone.

Avoid at all costs. Spent three hours trying to access property and had to convince apartment renters to let us in. Avoid unless you want your Nashville trip destroyed by trying to get to room. (By frequent traveler all over the world)

Excellent rooms and amenities, very poor on line check-in took 4 hours to check in and 1 member could not gain access to electronic key for the 4 days of our stay and had to rely on other member to gain access to his room

Questionable housekeeping standards

It was really hard to download the key app you need to access the room. It took me 4 different on the phone during my trip to finally be able to access an actual key, then eventually my fob stopped working so I have to key in a code for the main entrance and could not access any other building amenities. It was a stressful start to my trip to a city I had never been to solo. They state they have a very thorough cleaning process but upon arrival I had to call customer service again as the idea that my room was cleaned was questionable. The shower was moldy in the grout, there was stains and food on the walls. They sent housekeeping the next day and she wiped down a few things. The Gulch area was amazing for location. But I woud be reserved to stay at this building again.

Very nice area within walking distance to all locations and only 15 mins from the airport. Lovely apartment with everything you could need for your stay. Great restaurants and bars nearby.

Good location, spacious apartment.

Great location- close to everything. Comfortable spacious apartment, nice linens and towels, safe neighborhood, nice building amenities, apartment was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The room itself could use some maintenance - large stain on the couch, shower door handle coming off. Main issue was arrival email wasn’t sent until after checkin and didn’t include building front door code— the instruction on building to use guest key was wrong- didn’t work. Apart from that it was a great stay and nice area. Wed consider booking it again

Modern, good location, needs small touchup

Once we were able to figure out everything about getting and using all the tech to enter, we liked the location and the room. It was updated, clean, and modern. The tile in the shower seemed painted over so the paint was chipped up on the shower floor. The soap dish was also broken off the wall and there was a spot on the floor near the bed that was cracked. This didn’t affect the function of the shower, bed, or safety. We appreciated the stock of towels and soaps but surprised we didn’t find laundry soap. The location and parking garage were very conveniently located for all things located within the gulch. It was a long walk to other things but we chose not to do Uber, so won’t make that same mistake next time. The building fire alarms went off about 11:30pm one night so we were outside for over an hour while firefighters and security checked it out. Luckily it was a nice night but it was hard to know what was going on u til we asked the security guy what was up and he told us the alarm was malfunctioning and they were waiting for a technician to turn it off. We finally got back to bed around 1am. Overall we would stay again if we were stay in the Gulch again!

The area was amazing! It was not very clean tho, stained towels handprints on glass doors. When we arrived the fridge was leaking and the bathroom wasn’t very clean.
