They have a kitchen but no utensils at all. No cups, pans, forks, nothing. Most places usually have at least cups and maybe one pan. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but the establishment did feel safe. You can’t get into the lobby or the elevators without a key card

The room was as clean as one would expect, my only gripe being the floors were so dusty that i had to put on shoes to walk around the room. staff is very helpful even at 1am when you lock yourself out of your room and need a new key. Very nice hotel very nice people. For it to be like an extended stay type of place it is actually quite quiet in the rooms. Biggest issue to be had here is the elevator not working. the hotel is in a VERY convenient area lots of food and shopping.

Hotel was nice enough, but the floors were sticky. Beds were clean, bathrooms were fine, and the room had a decent kitchen. But there were no utensils, cooking equipment, dishes, or anything that would come in handy for using a kitchen.

Nice clean room with kitchen. I was disappointed that I was charged twice for the room and it will be a few days before that is corrected. Nice to have a kitchen, staff explained that this is not a hotel but usually a long-term stay option. If that is the case, take it off of hotels.com as an option for those of us needing a 1-2 night stay.
