The bar staff were very grumpy and did not provide quick service at all! They would often leave us sitting for a long time before they'd even acknowledge that we were there. They closed the bar at 10 pm even though there were a LEAST a dozen people coming through and some even watching the hockey game.

Nice property and all, but I paid almost $2k for a “premium room”. We checked in Thursday and checked out Sunday morning. Not once were our towels refreshed or toilet paper replenished. Small room for premium, especially because on the premium floor they supposedly offer complimentary danishes and coffee. But only if you’re not on vacation and wake up any later than 750a. I mean, the bathroom door is on rollers and doesn’t latch or lock for crying out loud! THEN, you have to pay additionally to park in their garage! My parking cost alone for the 3 nights was $177.62. I just don’t appreciate paying the money I did, just to have a small room without free parking, no house keeping and no complimentary breakfast cakes and coffee.
