All went well until I got up in the morning and I had no hot water. And the coffee maker did not work. They offered to let me go to another room to shower, however, I just decided to go to my next destination to shower. What is usually a great place to stay, I was disappointed about the hot water.

Omg!We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the ladies who worked the breakfast area were truly top‑tier. Their kindness and attention made our mornings feel extra special. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Nashville.

The only issue I had that the cleaning people be on their phones I was on a business call in the hallway and one the cleaning lady clearly see me on the phone and she called someone to sing happy birthday very loudly.
