This property was spotless with nice amenities and the staff was amazing. The breakfast crew are always warm and friendly and the pancake lady makes the best pancakes and has the best song to go with them! I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to the area. Having security on the property at nighttime was also a huge perk bc it made me and my family feel safe and secure.

I informed them that I was enroute to Nashville from Atlanta when we had an accident on the highway which required me to go to the hospital with my daughter and the manager wouldn’t let me out of the reservation and I had to pay a one night fee for a room I didn’t use….. I will not be staying there again and I use your hotel all the time.

All went well until I got up in the morning and I had no hot water. And the coffee maker did not work. They offered to let me go to another room to shower, however, I just decided to go to my next destination to shower. What is usually a great place to stay, I was disappointed about the hot water.
