Everything was great - the host, accommodations, location on the river and close proximity to Broadway. Condo was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We recommend this property for a stay in Nashville.

Cute 2-bedroom spot right near the Cumberland river. There were some pros and cons I’ll share about our stay. Cons: 1. Not walkable, especially not at night, 2. The people above the room were very heavy walkers, we joked the ceiling was going to collapse on us-fortunately they were quiet during sleeping hours. 3. The shower in one of the bathrooms is super tiny-but there are two bathrooms one with a normal sized shower so that may be less of a concern. 4. Stairs only-no elevator. Not a problem for us but something to be aware of when lugging suitcases or have mobility concerns. Pros: 1. Had everything we needed and was a convenient drive to the places we visited 2. Comfortable and quiet during sleeping hours. 3. The deck was fun to stand out and watch the river and the occasional barges coming through. (Lots of bugs-cleared off cobwebs with a convenient broom and by the next morning they were back again-just an FYI-but wasn’t an issue for us). 4. Hosts were very responsive and professional with any questions we had. Overall-a great place to stay if the things mentioned don’t bother you. We enjoyed our time there. We would probably choose something different next time-but it met our needs on this trip.

Great location! 5 minute walk to our concert at Brooklyn Bowl. Very clean, super comfortable beds, and great view of the river.

Perfect Stay!

The house was clean, beds and pillows super comfortable, fully furnished. But the best part- our flight was delayed several hours so we reached out to see if we could extend our check out time and the host was so accommodating and let us! Definitely recommend 20/10!

Clean, Cool, Close!

Our stay was very good! The condo was clean and well stocked. The air was PERFECT for our hot weekend weather. We were in town for a game at First Horizon Park and were able to walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay in Germantown

Parking was convenient (right in front of condo). Nice view of river. Very comfortable king bed. Guest bathroom had really small shower, like in a cruise ship cabin, but I’m small, so fine for me. A larger person would not fit (but could use other bathroom shower instead). That is really only reason I didn’t give condo 5 stars. Would stay here again. Easy to get Uber/Lyft rides to Broadway, and could walk to Germantown if you want.

Disappointed

I will start with the pros- close to Broadway, fast replay to an issue with the lock, on the Cumberland River and plenty of space to park. The cons - Very disappointed on the cleanliness of the condo. When you walk in there is dust piled up on the mechanical closet door. There is cobwebs on the light fixtures. The floors need scrubbed. The grout on the tile is black. The caulking in the bathroom is black. The vent in the bathroom is full of dust and bugs. The shower curtain has mildew on it and needs replaced. Then window in the master bedroom is covered with dirt and dead bugs. The deck was covered with spider webs and bugs. The threshold to the door was broke. The rubber seal to the deck door was torn, which left a gap for bugs to come in. The closets had a bunch of sheets and bedspreads just thrown in there. I did not know if they were clean or dirty. It seems though the owner is out of touch and letting the management crew run this condo into the ground. I did reach out to the crew to let them know and I believe I received and auto response that did not address the issues.

Great condo

Beautiful condo that had everything we needed. Great location close to many of the venues we wanted to visit easy walking distance. Condo was clean and comfortable with a great view of the river. It had comfortable beds and it was a quiet neighborhood. Definitely a do again.

Prime Location

This place is perfect location to Downtown and Germantown. We walked during the day and took an Uber at night. Any questions I had Julian the owner responded extremely promptly. The inside is clean and decorated so cute. If I return to Nashville I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Nashville

Nice place to stay close to downtown with beautiful views of the river and covered parking. Construction and vacant lots in the neighborhood were not pretty, but we did not feel unsafe walking around. Host communicated well and it was an overall great stay.

Cute condo with great location

We wanted a place with enough room and 2 baths with a kitchen. This condo also had a great living room area with a view to the Cumberland River. Perfect for our little group and close enough to walk to Broadway. It also had easy parking that could fit our big SUV.

Great place in a favorite city!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very well decorated, cozy, great space for 6 people. Easy in and out and you can get to almost anywhere in the city quickly. It was even warm enough to have coffee on the back patio! We didn’t cook but there was everything you could ask for if we did. We’d definitely stay again! Owners were prompt, accommodating and detailed.

Good home base

This condo was an excellent Home Base for exploring different parts of Nashville as a mom with 3 teenage boys. Parking was ample, building was well-maintained and clean. Walking distance to tasty German town eats-highly recommend burgers at John Brown’s. Only drawback was upstairs neighbors arrived our second night and liked to whoop it up. Could hear the commotion through the ceiling. Wasn’t a big issue for us but if you’re sensitive too sounds take note. Excellent communication from host. Will be back.

Good fit for our girls' weekend

We came to Nashville for a show at the Ryman and this condo fit our needs. The owners were very responsive to questions and they allowed us to check in early. The upstairs neighbors were heavy walkers and when I told the owners about it, they contacted that unit's owner. That took care it! This is a great place for a girls' weekend. Make sure you stop by Parnassus Books before leaving town.
