I was told I could request an early check in and late check out for a fee and if available they would approve it. I messaged the number the night before and multiple times the day we flew in. They kept saying they would check on it and let me know. I also messaged before checking out and they said the same thing but never got back to me again. For the check in, I still didn't have the information to get in the houses until 3:30 when check in was at 4:00. I had to message multiple times to get it. There was quite a few things in the house broken and needing to be attended too. Some of the bedding had stains on them. The worst thing was both homes were filled with ants everywhere! All over the kitchen counters, the floors, bathrooms and even found some in the beds. Woke up one morning to my purse full of ants. We couldn't keep any food out or even set a drink down. The rooftop was nice and a really pretty view, hard to get to each of the homes that were next to each other (either had to go all the way to the bottom floor and go back up 4 floors to get to the other rooftop or climb over a ledge. not a huge deal, just not super convenient when you have a large group between the 2 homes.
