Nice place with great location

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The unit was clean, A/C worked great, loved the little private balcony and appreciated the garage parking. It was quiet and secure. We had a bit of difficulty with the access code and management was available by phone and instantly rectified it. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and some Nashville attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

horrible check in process

I had to submit my identity verification several times along with everybody staying with us.I was ambushed at the very end of check-in with mandatory damage fee, which had to be done on a third-party charge card site. after that, the stay was fine.

Not Our Best Stay

Overall, is give this property a 6/10. The location is better suited to those not wanting to visit Broadway unless they want to pay an Uber/Lyft every time. The mattresses in every room are very uncomfortable and the bed frames are squeaky and move when getting in and out of bed (no extracurricular activities necessary...). We also noticed that you can hear everything above your apartment. Lastly, the floors don't seem clean and there's not as much pride taken in the room as I hoped.

Cozy Suites not so cozy

Location was great but everything else needs improvement. Broken toilet in one bathroom that wasn't fixed during stay, missing garage remote, burned out bulbs in three rooms, missing towel rack in bathroom, not enough towels provided since we had to use to use towels as bath mats on the floor. Would be a great place to stay if they took the time to pay attention to details.Communication was tedious, responses were quick but the texts came from different contact numbers, with repetitive and in some cases contradictory information.I didn't love the check-in process (not getting the details until 2 hours before check-in), but I'm a planner so I like all the details well in advance - it likely works great for some.

Great spot

Love this place! The detailed check in was great. We very much enjoyed our trip! My only issue was the king size bed was too firm for my taste. I love love that there is is not a twelve step process to check out like a lot of other places!

Nice place

Once there and checked in it was relatively nice and spaceous for our group. The checkin instructions gave the address in a unique format, which was confusing to us ALL. Took quite some time and cost for us all to find it as we were all arriving separately. It was quite an added expense for us all for the trip when added with the very low estimate of an UBER posted on the site. Upon arrival we still had no access code to the unit. Upon calling, one was provided but took awhile as the person couldnt understand me and I had difficulty understanding them. After the VERY frustrating arrival, everything else went pretty smoothly. Garage parking was wonderful and we felt quite safe & secure. Air conditioner wasn't really needed, but instructions limited it and we would not have been comfortable during summer heat.

Quick Nashville Weekend

My girlfriend and I met up with some friends for a quick Nashville Weekend and the CozySuites on MusicRow was the perfect spot to stay. The included parking was great as we drove in from out of town. Great location, only 10 minutes from Broadway and ample restaurants/bars nearby. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. When we first arrived there were a few bugs found near the windows that I had to dispatch and some areas were a little dusty, but for the most part everything was clean. We totally recommend staying here for a quick weekend with friends/family!
