Great place

Point form. Code wouldn’t work for several minutes but eventually got in. Driving from Canada so timing wasn’t easy and it was raining so we just wanted in. (Shorter code would be nice -10 digits is a lot to remember)Kitchen - didn’t cook but look like it has all the stuff to cook a mealNo complaints about the bedding - usually hard to rate beds well as it’s just not yours. Ample storage for luggage travel gearDeck a little small but 5 of us around the table with room to move. Backyard big enough for corn hole (left the boards behind for future)Other than breaking my leg the last night (not at the house) it was a successful trip. 6-8 weeks to sit around and think about it. I would recommend this place for both families and adult fun trips.

Ski Trip XXXIV

We have a great time in Nashville. Place was clean and roomy. We were able to walk to downtown easily. It also had a nice patio out back to relax and wind down.

CEILING FAN FELL ON MY DAUGHTERS BED!

Unfortunately, this property listing is not accurate at all. The house was very dirty- the walls and floor in the living room had some kind of sticky substance all over them. The couch in the living room was dingy, dirty looking (covered with a clean sheet the whole time we were there). The blotchy paint job looks terrible, and the toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken until my husband fixed it. Aside from coffee the kitchen was not “well equipped” no salt/pepper or olive oil (which seem like basics). The ceiling fan in the front bedroom fell out of the ceiling and landed on my daughter’s bed as she was walking into the room to lie down. I messaged the host with urgency and they didn’t respond for hours! Didn’t offer any kind of refund or discount just said “so sorry”. The box used to install the ceiling fan was not a ceiling fan box big enough to hold the weight- not to code! Check out was at 10am (which was the earliest check out I have ever seen) we went out to grab coffee and came back to the house at 9:30 to do a final walk through and the automatic lock and code had already reset! Thank goodness we had already loaded our luggage into the rental car. Also if after all this you still want to rent this place beware of the 2”ish step in the middle of the walkway to the house which is not to code and was a tripping hazard the entire stay. Nashville was amazing we had a great time- but we will be much more careful in choosing a place to stay next time.

50th celebration

House as nice. But needs a good cleaning. It was clean enough but just time for a deep clean. The communication from host was quick. Couldn’t find batteries. No battery in middle bedroom remote. Also on plenty of pillows but not enough pillow cases.

Decent spot

Located in a decent neighborhood. Decent home, fairly clean. Comfortable beds. Home just needs a little maintenance. We’d stay here again, I just wish they’d put a little time into the minor details. I give it 4 stars for this reason.

Cute place to stay

We were 3 couples that rented and had plenty of space for us all. The beds were very comfortable with different types of pillows to choose from. The house was cleaned and communication with Host Extordinaires was always timely. Location was a 5-8 minute Uber to downtown.
