The room was in fair condition, there were some stains on the wall and the drain in the tub was not draining. I asked for a do not disturb hanger they didn't have any, so I asked that they not go in the room but they went in anyway.

Toilet too low. It was hard to get up. No bar to grasp. Fridge was noisy. Mattresses slide around because they are on a platform instead of box spring. Breakfast was only ok. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good location.

The over night staff was rude when I called at 2 am locked out by a broken lock. Finally after resistance she came and had to use a master key to let us in. They proceeded to tell us its because it was cold the lock wasn't working. I was standing in 24 degree weather being told this was normal here just giggle and check the card before we leave again. I shouldnt have fear of being locked away from my things when I've l paid decent money for the stay. The day staff finally searched our rooms on our second day.
