This spacious colonial is located in Eastward Look and is a 1/2 mile walk to Scarborough Beach. The interior features a second floor balcony overlooking the living room, skylights, ceiling fans, and a large kitchen. Sliding doors from the dining area open out onto a large yard and spacious deck with outdoor furniture and a grill. A patio was added off the back deck at the end of the summer 2024. Tenants have access tot he garage. All bedrooms have a window a/c and there is a mini split unit for the downstairs.
