My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, there was some noise from the second floor and pillows were too soft. When I asked at the front desk for a firmer pillow they didn’t have any. I must also add that the front desk allowed me and my family to checkout at a later time because I was going to attend a wedding ceremony at 2PM.
Why hotels provide soft pillows for their guests which always ruins my night when a firmer pillow could make a big difference in my sleep?
