Outstanding. Kind, polite staff, nice, larger rooms (for Japan) and a beautiful hotel, especially around the entrancefoyer/ bar. We weren’t informed our luggage transfer to our next hotel was to be transferred later and not same day so we were left stranded without our stuff at the next hotel. Hotel itself is nice and good location, but that really rained on our parade.
