Pretty worn and grubby hotel. Old dirty mattresses left by room doors - how nice!! Needs a good refurb. We also booked a beachfront room, they put us in a room by reception behind the pools and restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend staying here - pick one of the others in the area such as the Sheraton.

Considering the rate of $750 AUD per night and the expectations associated with the Hilton brand was very poor It appears the property may be operating without a proper General Manager, as many aspects of the hotel fail to meet Hilton standards: The lobby feels chaotic and disorganized, more like a BUSY BUS STOP than a resort. There is a noticeable lack of luxury décor and high-quality furnishings in both the lobby and the rooms. During check-in, I was assisted by an unfriendly staff member, which is very unlike the warm, genuine hospitality Fijians are known for. I requested a bucket of ice at 6:30 pm, which did not arrive until 10:34 pm—after multiple follow-up phone calls. There is a hole in the bathroom wall/tile that had been covered with tissues. More tissues were stuffed into the ceiling to hold a panel in place. The tea and coffee container in the room was damaged due to water exposure. These issues are unacceptable for a property operating under the Hilton brand. Based on my experience, the hotel more closely resembles a 3-star holiday rental rather than a premium resort.

I arrived at 5.30am from my 13 hour flight they said i could get a early check in but i kept going up and asking and the room was not done till 3.30pm. We put the sign saying to service the room at 9am got back at 4pm room was still not done with no toilet paper no water and no towels. The drinks were very watered down. Was hopping for better everything when staying at the Hilton

Cannot say enough about this place. The staff are professional and so lovely. We had an ocean view room. It was large and beautiful with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Very comfortable with excellent service throughout the resort. … Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring – it made us feel right at home from the very first moment. Overall we had a positive experience staying at the Hilton resort: staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The resort is small, which is a plus, as we could walk everywhere in little time. Golf cars are circulating all the time, so it's also easy to get a lift. There are only 3 restaurants in the resort and one is adults only. The various pools are very kid friendly and the accommodation options spacious and well air conditioned. Gardens and greenery are fantastic. On the slightly negative side, the facilities in general are a bit old and some would require some maintenance.

Room was relatively clean. We had to kill several ants throughout the room over 3 days. Daily breakfast buffet lacked variety. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They prompted answered calls from the hotel room.
