Room was clean / immaculate and the cleaning lady (lily) even made 2 swans out of the towels (amazing job, I took photos for my wife) - buffet breakfast was wonderful and staff were kind and helpful - lobby staff were efficient and most helpful - concierge had a great personality and always let people know when their transport was arriving - Fiji airways desk person was so helpful - Overall a great holiday experience and would gladly recommend to family and friends.
