Great condo and great location!

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a nice place near several of the main attractions in Myrtle Beach. The condo is great, the location is great, and I would 100% recommend it.

Condo in central Myrtle Beach

This property was awesome! We were so close to Broadway on the Beach and about 10-15 minutes from the beach, stores and restaurants. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. It was extremely clean and very open spaced. The pool was close by, the trash takeout was close by and the parking was literally right out the front door. I will definitely be booking again.

The property was very nice. Not far from the beach or from Broadway on the beach which is really spent a lot of time. Everything was clean and the host communicated very well

Comfortable stay

The condo overall was clean and super cozy! Just the right amount of space for our traveling party of 6! The location was perfect, close to everything! We appreciated all the extras such as the trash bags and laundry packs to help make a stay even more cozy! We will definitely look at staying at this property again for any future trips!

Location was amazing for all of our needs. A small issue at arrival with a missing pool fob but the owner resolved it within 24 hrs. Loved the Pet friendly. Definitely bring extra paper products and if you plan on doing any cooking, bring spices.We drove in so planning ahead payed off. Would definitely stay there again wonderful experience.

Super clean and

The condo was super clean and very nice. We would recommend highly if you are looking to save a few bucks on your beach vacation. It is within 8 minutes of the beach and half the price of beachfront. Broadway at the Beach is within 10 minutes as well. The owner is very responsive and very friendly.

Just what we needed

The condo is in a nice neighborhood where people enjoy walking and bike riding. It was nice and quiet place to stay not far from the strip, Broadway at the Beach and Ripken.

Beautiful condo in nice area right by Broadway on The Beach 1 mile to beach and 10 minutes to Boardwalk. I wish I could have stayed longer!!!

Family vacation

The property management was extremely easy to contact. The place was clean and pet friendly. I even had an elevator for my mother. I will stay with them again!

Nice unit and good location. But if you plan on cooking anything you will need to bring your whole pantry with you. Didn’t even have salt and pepper!!!!!

Attended Coastal Carolina Graduation

Beautiful condo and complex! Across the street from Broadway at the Beach. Beautiful pool. We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings. Home was immaculate with many conveniences.

Nice vacation stay!

Very nice vacation! This property and the manager, Emily was awesome. The only thing was North Myrtle Beach was a MUCH cleaner section of beach. It’s about a 20-30 min drive depending on traffic. But the property itself was amazing. You couldn’t ask for a cleaner, nicer place to stay with your family!

Fundraising Golf Tournament

Location was perfect as our tournament was at MyrtleWood Golf Course. Made the experience all that much better. Hope the tournament for next year is at same location - will be booking again. Thanks.

2024 Vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of all the action and easy to get to all thee attractions. My only gripe would be the washer and the dishwasher are a little on the squeaky side when running. Along with a wobbly towel holder(which Im sure will be fixed). Other that that I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good stay for the winter

A nice condo, with the added plus of an elevator. All of the other snowbirds we met from Magnolia Place area had to use stairs for several floors . We had 2 minor issues with the plumbing. Each time there was a maintenance man there to fix the faucet and sink within hours. The area is excellent. Safe, quiet. Dogs allowed with all owners being responsible with the care and pick up of their pups. We did have to purchase stainless steel cooking utensils, I am not a fan of Teflon. But we were there as snowbirds so cooked most meals.
