Great location. Rooms were great. Property is a bit dated. I believe they may be planning on renovations but the lobby needs and over haul. The lobby bathroom is in bad condition and there were buckets on the floor down a hall. I assume it was for leaks but not sure. The location was great and again our room was great. Had a balcony which was lovely. It’s good for the price point.

Not clean. Needs updates inside and out. Asked for trash to be taken out and towels. Had to finally go downstairs and get them. Sheets on bed were not clean. The staff was very polite. Would not recommend to anyone else

This hotel have bed bugs, didn’t look anything like the pictures online. Probably why it’s so cheap. They say online they will refund, but the second you asked for your money back…no refund. I clearly showed them bed bugs crawling on their sheets, and she asked if I wanted another room. Why would I get another room when this one is so nasty and have bed bugs. The Sliding door didn’t locked. Anyone could’ve crossed over that wall and came in my room while we were sleeping. They had holes in the bottom around the wall. The door handle was exposed to where someone can put a camera in it if they wanted too. Anyone who gave this hotel a 10 probably was blind and dunk at the same time. Nothing about this hotel is a 10 0r a 1. If it had a zero on here I would rate it a 0. For the ones who stayed more than a day or even ten minutes in their room. You better check your house really good. I trash everything I had so their bed bugs won’t be coming back to my house.

The beach area was beautiful and easy to get to. The room was spacious but not in the best condition. Room service was not available until Saturday. The kitchen was poorly furnished and the sink was falling out (the only thing holding it up was the pipe. The couch was past it's prime. No light over the table. Some other guest talked about the roaches in their rooms. When I went to check-in, they gave me a bill over $2,000 and wanted me to sign it. They had no restaurant and the bar was only open Friday and Saturday. The Hotel is to shut down Labor Day to redo the whole hotel. It will take a lot of work to bring it up to what the pictures look like on-line.

I stay here once a year when traveling to Myrtle Beach and I am always satisfied with the service overall. This visit I didn't have any complaints or problems. In the past when I have had a few complaints, they were fixed by the resort with no problems. My only wish is that they would fix the restaurant downstairs again and have it open as well as the outdoor bar. The pools were working though both in door and outdoor. Also wish the outdoor pool was heated but that's okay. It's still nice. I highly recommend and clean.

Problems on third night

The first two nights were great, but the 3rd night several fraternities checked into the hotel. The noise was terrible with yelling, slamming doors, etc, all around us. Had to wait for the elevators for at least 5 mins each time. These kids were disruptive, smoking weed, drinking, yelling, and slamming doors. They were in neighboring rooms on the same floor and above us. Had to get out of bed in the middle of the night to go down to the lobby because the phone wasn’t ringing through to the front desk. The lady didn’t seem to care and was dismissive. Security was great, but they couldn’t get the noise to stop even after addressing them at least once. In addition, the bed was really uncomfortable and the linens were thin. No additional blankets in the room, so I was cold on top of being uncomfortable. The room was mostly clean, but a couple areas were still dirty. We only had flatware for one person even when checking in for two people.

Property is infested with cockroaches , management was very nice and understanding. They are renovating the property until it’s done I do not recommend staying at the property.

The room was very dirty, there was so much drywall dust behind the beds and even bugs crawling on the ground. The table in between the beds had cords everywhere and there wasn’t a single plugin around it. I wasn’t the only one who noticed bugs in their room either.
