I like that they have low rise options, because we had kids with us, but there are elevators for the larger building (only 2) Lobby is on the second floor. Some parking on premises, but other parking across the street and further parking would be the parking garage. You are right next to the Ferris wheel which is cool, unless you don’t like noise. Room cleanliness and amenities is alright. Definitely could use a remodel. There is an inside and outside pool, hot tub, small lazy river and a 1 ft kiddie pool. Chlorine wasn’t overwhelming which was nice. Right on the water. Also has a bar and coffee shop, no complimentary breakfast. Woman who checked me in was really nice. A man named CJ had some deals which seemed nice, but you’d have to go listen to people talk at another location for 1 1/2 hours.

The bed was terrible, very very uncomfortable, loud music till two and 3 o’clock in the morning during the week and they still partied! House keeping was rude . They decided to paint the parking lot and make all of us move over to the last parking deck. My husband is handicap and we had to walk 3 to 4 blocks to get to our room at 9 o’clock at night very unprofessional.

The stove was uneven., ro cv king when you cook. Need to grade stoves in efficiency. Cramped. Tertible Utensils, no knife. Plastic cups. No fancy glasses to have romantic sit down meal. Really need up date and more cooking options. No baking dishes. 1 bowel no Callender. Bedswhere extremely comfortable

Only good thing about the property is the location. If you are staying here make sure it’s in the main building. Our room was very dated in the other building. Tiny bathroom, the door hits you if going potty. Side view of the ocean is a joke.

We visited before tourist season (about March 5). Location was very quiet. Rooms were clean with a fridge, micro, coffee and toaster. Piggly Wiggly is within walking distance

The room and accommodations were great. The proximity to the beach and downtown were also as huge plus. Hot tubs were comfortable and easy to access. Only offer turndown services every 4 days. That was weird, but not an issue

We had a lovely stay. All the staff were so very nice. We were always greeted with a smile. We only have one complaint. We had wished the indoor pool was a little warmer as we only used it 2 times because it was cold.

Everything about the hotel and the staff where excellent. The only thing I did not care for was the pitch man set up right at the registration desk. Trying to pitch you on attending a 2 hr presentation to get all this "free" coupons and stays. Now he was not overly aggressive but did leave a bad taste.
