This property is perfectly located near the myrtle beach boardwalk. My kids had so much fun shopping, dinning and going on the rides that are right on and across the street from the property. Only complaint for me is the parking. Im not sure if people that arent supposed to park there park there, but it was really hard to find parking some days, even though they have several parking lots.

I like that they have low rise options, because we had kids with us, but there are elevators for the larger building (only 2) Lobby is on the second floor. Some parking on premises, but other parking across the street and further parking would be the parking garage. You are right next to the Ferris wheel which is cool, unless you don’t like noise. Room cleanliness and amenities is alright. Definitely could use a remodel. There is an inside and outside pool, hot tub, small lazy river and a 1 ft kiddie pool. Chlorine wasn’t overwhelming which was nice. Right on the water. Also has a bar and coffee shop, no complimentary breakfast. Woman who checked me in was really nice. A man named CJ had some deals which seemed nice, but you’d have to go listen to people talk at another location for 1 1/2 hours.

The stay was good, folks were friendly. Location was convenient as we visited Myrtle Beach for the first time and wanted to see attractions on the broad walk. Had an issue in the room but they fixed it, luckily the maintenance guy was there till late.Took some time which was a little inconvenient, took close to hour and half to fix and it was midnight by the time the issue was resolved. Which could be just bad luck that we got that room which had an issue. The carpet in the room did seem moist and had a smell, not sure due to being right next to the beach or something else.

During the day, it was a beautiful place and a lot of shopping and food nearby, prime location. On the bad side, do not go outside on the streets after 9 pm. Super dangerous.

Easy check-in. Lots of pools. Many screaming, unsupervised children running around. Rooms need updating. Two of our lamps did not work. Carpet was torn. Glad to have a murphy bed but a better mattress would make it even better. Loved the tiki bar. Beach towels or chairs for guests would be nice. If you fly in, you have to bring or buy a towel.

The view is beautiful but the area is a little dicey. The hotel room was outdated and the water pressure in the shower-horrible! The pool is a lot smaller than it looks on the website. The hotel doesn’t allow you to bring towels to the beach. They tell you to bring your own beach towels. No chair rentals on the beach- which is public and be careful to watch your stuff.

Amazing location with a great view of the beach. Easy access to the beach and located next to the Boardwalk area. Short walk to restaurants, shopping, and next to the Ferris Wheel.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The bathroom walls and outside of tub were a little dirty. There was a very significant area of the rug that stayed wet. The beds were very comfortable.

Check in was at 4, by 5 pm they still didn’t have a room, that we already paid for, ready (tower ocean view suite) so we settled on whatever was avail since we have a 2 year old and needed to get him fed. The room was VERY narrow but somehow spacious. I liked that the living room and bedroom were separated by the kitchen and had doors. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials (plates, silverware, cookware) the beds were terribly uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy, the AC units did NOT work. It was very loud, probably due to our location on the bottom floor, near the outdoor pool and bar, and on the end of the building so guests coming and going from the public bathrooms, the lobby, the public access to the beach, skywheel and other rides. Lots of screaming late into the night. If you’re looking for a quieter, low key hotel go beyond the boardwalk.
