The hotel is located in the fort area of Mumbai. This is a great hotel for business travelers or travelers on a budget. Although the space is limited, it is comfortable and adequate after a long transatlantic flight. The entrance is clean, the attendants courteous, and the check in process a breeze. My room had all the necessary amenities in good working condition. Air conditioning made it a very comfortable room. The bathroom did not get air conditioning because of the heavy door and division dividing it from the room. The bathroom was in good working condition, although a bit smelly. The washbasin took a little time to empty. The shower stall had a lot of humidity on the top corner facing the wall. Despite these minor inconveniences, the bathroom worked perfectly. I loved the fancy touch button controls for the room lights, the energy saving "card in pocket" detector, which will let you turn the lights on only when you are in the room. The do not disturb/make room/please wait electronic touchpad indicator was pretty nice too. The breakfast hall is decent, and the quality of breakfast was excellent, offering western breakfast options as well as Indian breakfast items. I tried everything during my seven days and found the breakfast delicious. As you make your way back to the lobby from the breakfast room, a pair of sofas are flanked by a couple of chairs outfitted with electronic massage devices which provide a much needed massage service for tired travelers.
