Overnight lady was extremely rude. Makes nasty comments about paying customers. Then you have to deal with the loud noises, people knocking and pounding screaming other people's names in the hotel to where other people can't get any rest, then you send your maintenance guy up before 9 AM. To fix a problem , I should have been fixed before I checked in

Room was not thoroughly clean and it Smelled like pot. Beds were clean. Furniture in disrepair. Most outlets didn’t work. Staff was not friendly. Guests spent over an hour screaming at each other in the hallway last night, staff didn’t address.

This was overpriced for the room I got. It was very small and run down, smelled like dirty feet, bathroom floor was rotted out under, could feel yourself sink down. Not worth over-$100 price I paid.

The room was older but was a good room. It had a kitchenette and a couch. The only disappointing factor was the bed wasn’t very comfortable but the sheets were soft and clean I’d stay there again

The room was clean, but the comforter had seen better days. After settling into the room, I went to turn on the lamp to do some hand work. I noticed that there was no light bulb! Went to the desk to ask for one and he said I don't have any. The Maintenace person will be in at 9am Saturday and will fix it. Got back Sat. nit and no bulb! Went to the desk and asked same guy I need a light bulb. He said sheepishly the Maintenace guy doesn't work on Sat. He then went to another room to get one!
