Problem was that they allocated us to a normal little room, whereas we booked a wheelchair friendly room, their excuse was that occupants extended their stay, hence we had to take the other room, our room keycard had a naude as sirname. Staff , cleanliness and food were verry good

I would not recommend anyone to support this resort, as they are a cashless facility, creating dependence on banks, they remove the option to pay with cash as legal tender, and they scan excessive private information from licence discs and licences at the gate without warning during the booking stage.
