Room was clean and spacious.

Would have been 5 stars. But my toilet got stopped up for a few hours and i got locked out my room. Door lock battery was low. Other then that perfect stay per usual. Will definitely stay again no doubt.

Staff was great and the location amazing!!! The room wasn’t totally cleaned.

Casino and hotel is centrally located and is close to everything. We walked into a lot of different hotels and many don’t capture the feeling or energy PH does. The staff was helpful, the on-sight Starbucks is fast and efficient, the hospitality team… who ensure the rooms are straightened each day are clean and tidy. The rooms are comfortable and have great views of the strip, the hot tub was relaxing and drained easily once finished, and the rooms are quiet for as busy and lively the casino floor is you can’t hear much activity coming from the hallways. This wasn’t my first time staying here and definitely wont be my last. Also highly recommend earl of sandwich- for a late night snack… also the Walgreens at the corner of the hotel is very handy for water etc…

We enjoyed our stay here. The food was very good and generally affordable. The bar and band were great. Front desk and staff generally very nice. Parking was not easy. You almost have to valet. The timeshare aspect was terrible. The timeshare sales staff was pretty bothersome so we will not be back.
