I didn't have a pleasant stay at this hotel! Several things including poor customer service made the experience frustrating. Overall, it fell short of what I anticipated based on the reviews & price. I won't choose to stay here again!

Overall great stay. Clean area with nice appliances. Beds were very uncomfortable. I wouldn't say the queen bed was a queen but more a double. Amazing communication would truly recommended to anyone. Great pricing. Very well located. Extremely tight for 3 people I would stay here again but a room with better beds

The apartment was lovely and furnished beautifully. It was really easy to check in and the staff was very helpful and responsive if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

small details that were annoying:

Two very annoying problems 1- Lack of parking with in the facility and impossible to park out side around the building. 2- The phone activated key was not working properly and it would take one or two dozens trials to open the door

The hotel is clean and has a homely feel. However, there is a lack of privacy in the living room due to the absence of curtains. At night, guests can be seen from outside, especially by residents of neighboring buildings, which can be uncomfortable, particularly for couples.
