It was great all the amenities were awesome and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was ok. Just be careful when you. Book with a 3rd part it says breakfast included which is not.

Property and room was great. I arrived in the evening with lots of baggage with a teenager and an infant it was very cold and snowy outside as we were dropped off by an Uber. After checkin asked for a hotel cart so I could take my baggage to the room on the 4th floor. The lady at the front desk said they were all locked up for the night and offered no help. She watched my teenager and I struggle to hold the elevator door stay open as we pulled it all into the elevator. Honestly just rude to not offer any kind of assistance as I was doing it all with an infant. Other than that property was great as usual. I expected better customer service though.

Nice hotel close to YUL Airport in Montreal. Staff are great, comfortable beds & very clean facilities. Nice pool area as well. However, it can be a little noisy being so close to the highway near the airport & was not easy getting a solid nights rest. Maybe the rooms on the rear or far end of the hotel may be a little quieter.

When we arrived they told us we only had one room they could not find the other one guy asked me to pay additional fees Terrrible Our flight was at 6 but the hotel offered shuttle services only at 4 am so we had to take a taxi

The room was ok but the small fridge was filed with rotted sandwich and it was smelling. Toilet was doing a loud noise in the ceiling everytime we were using it. Restaurant took an hour to serve us ( family with kids) server didn't care

Three ladies at the restaurant made a huge impression. I had a bad chest cold and laryngitis. They helped a lot! Gave me salt to gargle with and honey. Management should be proud of them!
