Older house but lovely it was close to all the stores that we needed to get ready for my grandbaby party in Prattville my family loved the spot I would definitely stay there again

Montgomery home for four

Older home but in decent shape. House was clean and quiet neighborhood. Closest restaurants were downtown at about 3 miles so nothing to walk to, but a very short drive. Communication with property manager was excellent. Quick responses by text.

Perfect for our golf group

We had a foursome travel to Montgomery to play several of the RTJ courses close by. The house was clean, comfortable and everyone in the group was happy with the home for the price. It is a home that is showing its age in areas but is comfortable and clean. The only minor complaint our group has was that the towels were thin. Th one bathroom shower was in a walk-in tub that made for a small shower base but again was definitely adequate.

Was as shown. Suggest adding a house number in visible view from the street. Drove up and down the street then looked at the listing for a picture of the house. Also had some nice neighbors helping us.Also suggest directions on how to operate tv and how thermostat works be left in house. Owner was very helpful but still couldn't get but one tv working. Wasn't a big deal for us though. Did enjoy the property and would stay againAlso

House was spacious. It was older and needs some more modern furnishings. Kitchen provided enough plates, silverware, Needed more hand towels, more soap, more trash bags. Showers were very small.

Older home but well maintained. If people use more than or large towel for showering bring your own and you might need extra towelette paper Communication with owners was quick, respectful and calm. Alway a big plus in my world!!

Great place for a group

The home had everything we needed and was convenient to the museums and sights of Birmingham. We traveled with 3 other couples and enjoyed hanging out and having meals between our touring.

Girl's Getaway

We had a girls weekend getaway of relaxing, laughing and resting. We also attended the ASU and Miles College football game. The house was awesome and we really enjoyed staying there.

Spacious and great location

tion was great and within walking distance of many historical sites downtown. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. Home was spacious and held our 8 guests easily. Lacking a few common kitchen items ie. Pizza/baking pan and did not have 8 forks, but overall a great home.

A great stay in Montgomery

The home was clean, spacious, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, clean kitchen, good TV. Had a touch of a problem checking in and it was immediately taken care of. Would stay here again when coming to Montgomery.

FORE-midable!!!

As traveling (for-fun) golfers and friends, when we (Angelo, Corby and Paco) go on golfing trips we look for accommodations that are a), closest to the golfing facilities that we’re playing at b), are in safe neighborhoods and c), rental for the 3 days stay is manageable. This spacious home conveniently located near the center of the Capital City of Montgomery met our demands and then some! Our golfing facilities at RTJ, Capitol Hills in Pratville were just a 20 minutes drive. And it offered easy access up, on I-65N and located in a nice neighborhood. We all loved the spacious bedrooms as well the rest of this very accommodating home. I, as are my 3 buddies are all looking forward to our next trip to the RTJ, Capitol Hills golf facilities as well to this great rental that we hope to book as soon as dates for our “Fall Trip” are selected. Kiddos are also sent to the proud owner of this nice home. Mrs Mary, whom I contacted a couple of time during our stay and was always very pleasant to communicate with.

We enjoyed our time at the historical home!

The beds were comfortable and there was lots of room for us to either be together or have private time! I would recommend having an iron in the laundry room. We were close to the museum, restaurants, family and friends in Montgomery and Prattville.

Bigger than expected

Overall, a great value for the price and close to downtown Montgomery. It is MUCH bigger than the pictures led me to believe. We had 4 adults, 2 teens and a 9 year old and had plenty of space for all. Its an older home, so a bit dated in many aspects, but clean and great for a place to crash during a volleyball tournament. 5 min walk to Cramton Bowl!

Nice location, spacious home

The home is convenient to the capitol and downtown. It is spacious, well laid out and well equipped. The only thing lacking is instructions printed out and readily available in the unit regarding how to login to the wifi.
