Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay! The home was absolutely perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. One of the highlights was having access to the two golf carts, which made it so easy and fun to get around. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We’d definitely love to come back!

1879 Baytown loop

Our stay was very nice except they had fix the inernet and show us how to lock the back door. Really need to spray the house as we killed a lot of German roaches all on the first floor (bedroom, bathroom and kitchen)But the rental was absolutely beautiful and the maintenance man that came to the house was so sweet and very helpfulHe was a very kind ma Thank you for letting us stay as it will. Not be our last time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and very clean. We had issues with the internet working but they sent someone out quickly to fix it. We also only were able to use one of the golf carts because the other was being worked on which was a let down because that was the main reason we wanted this house. We wanted the use of two carts. They said they would give us a credit of some sort but never did.

We chose this location as opposed to beachfront which we have always stayed, because of the freedom of the two golfcarts pictured on the front page of add in addition to house. In fact, they were beautifully parked in front of the house. Very appealing to the eye. The day before our arrival, we received a call from the managing company that one golfcart was having issues with battery, and was told it was at the shop and should have update In a day or two. That following Monday morning they would actually call me with update. In the meantime, the floors had not been cleaned. A dead rat laid right outside the patio and another laid decomposing about a foot from the patio. There were dead bugs in corner of dining room among other things. We never got a call. So I had to call the office to get any updates. We had two families, our kids and grandkids here and one family flew in. One reason we needed two golfcarts but after many repeated conversations over entire week and being very clear about getting updates, one I should never have to call around leaving messages on my vacation, we managed to clean the house ourselves and never received another call about golfcart in shop. we will never go back to this location, nor will we deal with this property management company. We paid alot of money for 5 night stay and the service was awful and the pictures and advertised falsely. We love the area and will be back but not this house or the management. We deserve compensation
