Sandestin Family Vacay 2024

Peaceful, beautiful location. Family enjoyed fishing, beach, shopping and especially the golf carts. Accommodations were good for our family. Separate unit was a plus!

Perfect view!

Perfect view! Contact with management was easy, very responsive. Golf carts were a plus! Neighbors are extremely friendly & helpful. 100% recommend!

Turnipseed Vacay

We loved the unit. We have been going to Baytowne area for years and this was one of our favorite units. The sunset is gorgeous and we loved drinking coffee on the balcony. We rented both units and really enjoyed the privacy from our children. They are all older so it was nice to give them some privacy too. Definitely suggest getting both units and both golf carts.

Great Location and View

We loved the view and location of property. Right next to the pool area and a restaurant. Very clean perfect for extended family. Cool AC and plenty of hot water. Nice mattresses. Only issues we had were when checking in no door code was listed in app so we had to contact the office maybe a glitch in system. the parking situation was not very clear. Even though this is 2 units rented together you only get one designated parking space that is marked. So if you are traveling with a larger family you will have to park away from unit. There is only one “community space” near the unit and it was always taken. Also the beach access that is with the resort is extremely busy wall to wall people so we never could go to the closest beach. We went to the state park instead. It’s $6 a day per vehicle but it was well worth it. Beautiful beach, low crowds, bathhouses we loved it!
