Beachfront Resort

Great resort-style location for golf, shopping, dining...it has it all. Very cozy and comfortable for the two of us. View cannot be beat. Host was very nice and quickly helped us with the few requests we had during our month-long stay. Good value for your cost.

We’ve been to sandestin many times and this condo was perfect for us. The unit was clean and big enough for the 5 of us. The pool was great as well. Great fall break trip.

Simply lovely

The room was exactly as described and was very clean. Such a beautiful view to top it off. Beach was not overcrowded with chairs and umbrellas like many others places set out to rent so there was space to bring your own items. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future. Loved that the pool had a shallow end for toddlers which made it perfect for our family. Overall loved our stay here

Perfect Location, Steps from the Beach

We stayed at this location ten years ago and wanted to stay here again. The property is beautiful, the pool is perfect, beachfront with amazing views. Our condo was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. I’d say the pillows could stand to be replaced, but otherwise very comfortable!

Wonderful beach vacation in Destin

The condo was beautiful and perfectly located right on the beach in Sandestin. Great restaurants and shopping were close by. Beach chairs and umbrellas were easily available to rent each day. We enjoyed our stay so much and are excited about future stays.

Great stay

Property was very well maintained. Pool was immaculate. The staff we interacted with were all friendly to us and our girls. The beach was in great shape, definitely a bonus being a private beach. No issues getting a spot by the ocean. Would definitely come back.

Weekend getaway

My sister and I took our boys to Sandestin this past weekend. It’s where our dad took us every spring for Easter vacation, so it was important to share that with our kids. The condo was nice. The view is spectacular. Check-in process was really simple and easy. Housekeeping could step it up just a bit, but overall our stay was great!

Relaxing

We stayed the last week of April. The pool had a really neat little area for toddlers and a deeper end for adults but it was a little chilly still. The bridge to the beach was awesome. The views, spectacular! Pushed back in a locked, golf community. So if youre looking for peace and quiet, this is it. The room was a good size for a young family of 4.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this property. The location right on the beach is perfect. The property itself was nice but there were a few things broken or not up to date. This did not affect our stay. The pool and beach were awesome!

Awesome!

Everything about this property was great! We visit Miramar Beach/Destin multiple times a year, and this was our first time staying in Sandestin. This condo is in what seems to be an older building, but everything has been wonderfully renovated! The condo and the building it’s located in are incredibly clean and nicely appointed. The pool and grill area are nice too! Love the ability to walk right out to the beach from the condo building, no long treks to get to the water. We will be back!!

Very Good!

We enjoyed our stay and would be glad to return to this condo again. Phyllis Scott, the manager, was very prompt in addressing and correcting all our concerns. The shower in one bathroom had no hot water: The problem was fixed the next day.

Beachside 1

One amazing view!!! Everyone was very nice and some awesome weather really made it a great anniversary week for us. My wife was in a wheelchair, so we were limited to just the pool. The condo is very nice, but we did have one issue. The wifi was very bad. I had speeds as low as 36 kb's per second and the most I got was 1.1 mb per sec. The sofa bed us quite old and one really sits down in it! We do plan on booking another stay in the future.

Loved the condo! It was beautiful!

Best trip! There were 5 of us ladies, the pull out couch could be updated, was not very comfortable. Other bed were okay tho! Condo was clean and had everything we needed! We arrived about 15 prior to check in and had to wait in hallway until exactly 4pm. That was a bit of a bummer. The weather was amazing! And the beach was not packed which was amazing! We had the best pool! The hot tub controls were broke when we stayed but it was still hot. Over all we had a great time in the beautiful condo!

The furniture in the unit was old and very uncomfortable. When you sat on the couch the cushions flattened right out. Appliances in the kitchen were old and pots and pans inadequate. I probably would not rent that unit again.
