As soon as you enter 'Just Beachy' you'll immediately be amazed by the beautiful Gulf Views. The unit has recently been refreshed with fresh, coastal paint, new furniture, and new stainless steel appliances. Every detail has been carefully considered when choosing how to outfit our place. This third-floor, beach oasis is a place where family and friends can have an incredible vacation.

Beautiful Gulf Views can be seen from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Just Beachy is just steps from the beach!

Our unit is well designed and is a great place to enjoy time with your family and friends at the beach. Our beds have been outfitted with the most comfortable mattresses and sheets we can find. Our bathrooms are equipped with plush towels, soaps and shampoos. We've installed hooks throughout, making it easy for you to keep your space clutter-free so you can relax and enjoy the view. Just Beachy is stocked with everything you would need to prepare a great meal for your family. There are paper towels and toilet paper to get you started. The kitchen has top notch stainless steel appliances, full size refrigerator, and a Keurig. Wireless Internet is available throughout the unit.

High Speed wireless Internet is available throughout the unit, ring doorbell camera and commercial door lock for security.

The living room is outfitted with a Cozy Mattress sleeper sofa. You can watch the 65" flat screen TV as you're lying in bed or look out at the Gulf. The hall bath is easily accessible to the guest area and has plenty of storage space and hooks.

The main bedroom has a door to the balcony, as well as a fantastic view of the gulf. The room also boasts a large closet, private bathroom, flat screen tv, king size bed, and plenty of storage.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen tv, and easy access to the hall restroom with walk-in shower.

Maravilla Resort Condominiums is located on beautiful Miramar Beach, and because we have a deeded beach, our views are unobstructed. We have comfortable seating on the patio area, so you can relax in the afternoon while reading a book or enjoying a cold drink! Maravilla is one of the few units where guests can enter from Hwy 98 or Scenic Gulf Dr. Maravilla is easily within walking distance to Pompano Joe's and Captain Daves.

Maravilla has 2 pools, one Gulf front and one seasonally heated. The property also boasts a fitness room, hot tub, tennis court, basketball hoop, and grills.

Our beach attendants are fantastic. Our unit comes with daily beach set up, 2 chairs and one umbrella, from Middle of March - Late October
