Great location and beautiful view! Impressed with area activities info owner provided ahead of time. Many pros - condo location right across from beach, comfortable beds and living room, clean bathrooms with plenty of towels, storage and toiletries, beach towels provided, nice size kitchen with pleasant surprises; snacks, coffee filters, Ziploc bags, garbage bags, dish liquid. Easy beach access and plenty of hoses in pool area to wash sand off before heading back up to condo. Didn't use any of the pools or hot tub but saw plenty of families taking advantage of those amenities. Walkable ice cream shop and restaurants. Only real complaint was condition of listed beach equipment at condo; chairs and umbrella are worn and/or damaged, definitely seen better days. We picked 2 most usable chairs out of 4, one shouldn't be used, one is questionable. Umbrella worn and torn. Understand this equipment is out in weather and used by numerous renters so hard to maintain, but listing pic of beach equipment was one of the main reasons I chose this particular condo. Since we were flying to FL and couldn't bring our personal chairs and umbrella, I was looking for condo that included those items. Condo does include those items but do not expect them to look like the listing pic and be sure to wear adequate sun protection. Owner does offer discounted beach rental equipment packages, equipment delivered right to condo, so that is something to consider.
