This rental has a fantastic view! Unit is clean and furniture is comfortable. Having a 3rd bathroom for a 3-bedroom unit was delightful. I very much appreciate when a rental does not expect you to strip the sheets & start the laundry...especially when you are leaving at 5am. I also appreciate when a rental provides items such as beach towels/chairs, laundry pods, ziploc baggies/foil, and plenty of trashbags/dish soap/paper towels/toilet paper. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the apartment, it had everything we could possibly need travelling with a 2 year old and it was super close to the beach and all the local attractions. It was super cozy and clean. We loved the indoor and outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time!

My husband and I along with two other couples enjoyed 5 amazing days in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect and was well stocked with everything. We used the beach towel and chairs to hit the beach twice. It was so nice not to have to pack that. The sunsets over the ocean were stunning. We also enjoyed several of the restaurants close by. Stan was great to work with. We’d def stay again in this unit!

Our family stay was wonderful. Stan was quick to respond with a few questions we had upon arrival. The condo was very well stocked. The beach chairs, umbrella, wagon to transport everything and high chair were so nice to have access to. We will definitely rebook with Stan!

Family and Reflection

Have you ever want to go to the beach but not go to the beach? The condo was perfectly situated to do just that. The host was very accommodating and the condo was clean and comfortable. The condo had everything we needed for the perfect weekend. The morning views and evening views were PERFECT.

Great location

In several trips to the area, this is our favorite location. The beach view is great, and it's fun to overlook the pool. The condo had almost everything we needed, and it was very comfortable. The one downside is that there were cockroaches. And this was obviously not a new issue because there were ultrasonic devices and Raid under the sink. It probably wouldn't keep us from staying there, but we definitely would go prepared.

Place was very nice. Had lots of extras to get you started. Stan was very responsive to resolve issues that came up with parking pass, and door access. But we needed to have a working dryer which is a must for the beach.

Everything was amazing, we have been going to Destin for years, but this was one of the best experiences staying at this condo. Good communication, clean, spacious, comfortable, things were provided. Felt like we were at home just with a beach next to it. Will definitely rent again.

Stan Delivers !!

This is a great place to take your family. We've been coming down to the Destin area for over 30 years and we definately will be returning to the Majestic Sun. Everything was exactly as described except Stan (the property manager/owner), he was more than described ! He is absolutely the best we've ever dealt with. We had 1 minor problem. We sent a text to Stan..... problem resolved very quickly. Stan provided a courtesy and a professionalism that is unexcelled. Oh yeah, did I mention that the property and everything about it was wonderful ? Thanks again

Perfect for our trip

The condo was immaculate and location ideal for attending the music festival. Stan stocks the condo well and the sundries shop on the 1st was a pleasant surprise. We parked our car upon arrival and didn’t get back in it until departure. We can’t wait to come back!
