Gorgeous unobstructed views. Unit was well-stocked with cleaning supplies (laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc). Property management was very responsive to any inquiries and immediately brought towels forgotten. We had kids, so any walk to the beach is a long hike with all of their gear in tow. The sandbar in front of the beach access was great and kept the water at the beach shallow for kids to play. The kids also loved the pools and the bar/restaurant was very convenient.

This property did not disappoint! Everything was just as lovely as it was listed. Tasteful and clean. The view was outstanding! We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for the kids. It was great being able to do our laundry and dry our towels after a day at the beach. We loved the pool area and the property activities. It was a memorable vacation for all of us. Perfect place, perfect location

This unit was absolutely gorgeous, the listing was accurate. The views were breathtaking and a perfect retreat to enjoy the beach from afar when we weren’t on the beach. Food and entertainment are close by, and the beach…. Only steps away!

Beware of checkout! We generally had a good stay at this property. However, after we departed, we were texted by the property manager, that we had removed some cheap yellow wristbands that are apparently used for resort amenities. There’s no reference to these wristbands in the checkout instructions that are printed and left in the condo (and we followed those instructions to a tee). There’s apparently a provision buried in the rental agreement that charges 35 per wristband and this is not included in the checkout section. So beware of a very poorly communicated rule! Zero stars for communication. Definitely put a damper on a good trip.

This place is amazing. Beautiful views. Completely stocked for those of us that cook while at the beach. Everything was like being at home except with a gorgeous beach outside your windows. Will definitely stay here if we come back.

Perfect condo for our family of 5

The condo was very clean and up to date. The view from the balcony was incredible. We will definitely book this unit in the future if it’s available. The only criticism I have is for the yellow bracelets that they charge 35 each if you lose. I understand the need to have bracelets to keep entry at the pool to only guests staying at the Tides building but after finding it difficult for our little ones to keep the one size fits all bracelets on we decided to only have my wife and I wear them. This is no fault of the unit owner but definitely something they should discuss with their HOA to get something that will stay more secure on kids.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location!

The condo was incredibly clean and well furnished. We stayed in Tides with a number of other families and I thought our condo was the most beautifully decorated with a modern, beachy feel. The 11th floor view looked directly over the ocean and the two pools. We could actually watch dolphins in the ocean some mornings. The pool and beach access were just off the back side of the building. The pools were very nice and despite us being there on Spring Break they were not overly crowded. The gated community felt very safe and our teen boys found a lot to do between pickleball, mini golf and other activities. The beach was white sand and hand a sandbar which made for fun swimming. There was a restaurant we could walk to down the beach for happy hour and live music. This was a peaceful getaway and the condo supplied everything we could need. The owners were very attentive and sent us a nice visitor guide that walked us through everything we could need for check in, property use, check out and the surrounding area. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you!

Perfect stay

Very clean property, updated, nice furniture, awesome view, huge patio with a bunch of patio furniture. Great way to stay with friend's families or extended family but have your own space. Very secure complex with many things to do for the teenagers, convenient to restaurants and shopping. And the management company was awesome!

Great Space for Family of 6

This condo was perfect for our family. Chairs, umbrellas and beach toys are all available. Kitchen ready with necessary utensils, cookware etc. Only knock on the overall property is the lack of cleanliness of the beach. Neighboring property swept theirs daily. Didn’t happen the entire week at this location.
