Very nice unit, good communication from rental agent. There were a few things noted: The refrigerator handle was snapped off at the top and not usable. The ice maker was not working and the ice trays empty. After a long road trip, ice would have been welcome. Unlike other rentals (I've stayed in many) there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen. Renters should be prepared to bring everything one might otherwise expect to find. Salt, pepper, coffee filters, sugar packets, etc. Typically, a kitchen will have those bare basics. Some will include a starter pack so a pot of coffee can be prepared in the morning before going to the store for other supplies. Other than that, the place is very nice, the beds were good and the bathrooms updated. The location is extremely nice and the complex was quiet. It was not swimming weather but the pool looked clean and inviting and the central lawn between the buildings served as a playing field for the handful of children who were visiting. I would absolutely recommend.
