I checked in online; uploaded my ID and credit card information. I arrived and was told that I still needed to provide my ID and credit card physically which is fine but goodness the hotel staff was so rude about it. All he did was hand me my room key, didn’t explain where the elevators were, didn’t say where my room was, nothing just gave me an envelope. To make matters worse, I was supposed to receive a $15 F&B credit upon check-in and did not. I don’t understand the lack of customer service, especially on a night like tonight, there was a snow storm and the hotel was not busy at all when I arrived. Room and hotel was clean, but the customer service left a really bad taste in my mouth and I spent $30 at the bar, with no mention of my credit.
