The pullout couch had stains all over the mattress cover. The bathroom had black hand smears down the whole wall. Room said set up for 5. Only had 3 bathroom towels. The clerk was efficient and checking in and out was a breeze. Breakfast your normal free style. Egg, waffles, muffin, yogurt.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed and furniture were both very comfortable. Really liked the bedding, not too heavy and not too light. There is a leak in the shower pan that creates a bubble of water behind the wall. Maintenance should look at that right away. Also the batteries in the remote are dying. Had to push the button several times for it to work....but it does still work. We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and yet very close to the elevator. I do wish the access to coffee and juices would at least stay open after 9am. Some of us drink slowly.

We got a suite and it was nothing special. The bedroom was bigger than the rest of the hotel room but there was only a desk and a little dresser in it. It felt very hodgepodge and mismatched. Breakfast was nothing special at all. We ended up having to go out and get food because it was not good
