The building is dated, but located in very close to downtown. The staff is super nice and particularly attentive towards families. Good pool. Great breakfast. Dated but clean interiors... I think the room carpets should be removed whenever they renovate. The view on the top floors was awesome.

Food options could of been better. Convenience since it was close to the Convention Center. Better pillow quality would be great. Directions on how to reset the Direct TV instead having to go back to lobby to ask. Phone in the room didnt work.

There was nothing outstanding about this property. When I checked in it did not look as if there was a possibility of getting a meal and I could not find eating establishment near by. The staff at the front desk just seemed weary of helping past just getting people checked in. The one lone person who was extremely helpful was the young man at the valet desk. He asked questions about why I was staying there, offered helpful tips. He was the gem amount the detritus of this staff, unfortunately, I did not look at his nametag.
