Just a HOLE

Not good. I rented a king two room suit. I have a service dog so they put us in a pet room with holes in carpet and room was a hole. They were breaking fire codes with no working door closer on the room door and also no globes on ceiling lights. Code violation they should be shut down!!!! We wanted to leave but the hotel and hotels.com would not let us get a refund. The hotel was just sold to people from someplace like India. GO FIGURE. Will now be a hole in the wall !!!!!! Also had to flush the toilet with the tank cover off because the flush arm was broken so had to pull the chain to flush it !!!!!! What a great deal for 200 dollars. Not!!!!!!!!!!! Also no discount for room downgrade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we love it quite a bit. We get a room with a hot tub and it is perfect. Really great jacuzzi, and the coffee they offer for your inroom coffee Maker is very good. The king bed was incredibly comfortable. Really wonderful place to stay.

Very disrespectful

Man at the desk was awtful and rude he should be fired. We got a 2 queen room to stay close to a bar for my daughters 22nd birthday so 3 people were actually staying and we had my other daughters and a couple friends just meet us at hotel to go out and we told the desk guy that and he was fine. I then went to ask for a third key in case we needed it one for me one for my husband and one for daughter, right when we asked he was yelling and super rude saying no more then 3 people in room and we said we know everyone is leaving we are just meeting up here and he just kept being rude and called cops ( I was rude back after he was very disrespectful but my husband was nice the whole time) my husband actually recorded the whole thing and showed the cops and the cops agreed with us and asked if we wanted to stay but I did not feel safe after that. I never write reviews but this was straight ridiculous on how we were treated if I did that at my job I would have been fired

The clerk at the desk went and turned the heat on in our room, so I believe the heat was turned all the way down and they only turn it on if someone has hooked the room. It was 10 degrees outside.

Decent Hotel

The room and bed was comfortable. The common areas of hotel seemed to be fairly clean. Our room was generally clean although I did see a spot on the bathroom floor near the garbage that appeared to be a small spill of dried liquid on the floor and what appeared to be a spot of dried blood on the wall above the light switch. The refrigerator in the room did not work although it was plugged in and I attempted to reset it. The hotel could maybe use a modernization of the floor covering. The carpet throughout is on its last leg for being acceptable. All this being said, I would book this hotel again. The price was fair for the accomodations offered. The staff was friendly and if asked I'm sure would have been accommodating.

Not up to Grand Stay expectations.

No Ice. Breakfast was mediocre at best. We skipped it altogether it was so poor.

Animal piss room

We had a house fire and were displaced with our dog, we rented a pet friendly room that smelled like animal piss, we left immediately and I told the front desk that we can't stay there due to the smell, they said any other hotel will be the same, and refused to refund our money.

Everything i couldve asked for

I didnt have much in the way of expectations going in. However, i was pleasantly surprised with our weekend stay. The staff was friendly, the room was extremely clean and our jacuzzi was top notch. Even the refrigerator was a pretty substantial size given it being in a hotel. Proximity to everything Stillwater has to offer was absolutely perfect, especially when looking to retreat from the downtown area.

The fridge smelled like something died in it. The room smelled old and was not overly clean. They didn't serve a hot breakfast because they were not very full. The man at the desk was very pleasant but I would not stay there again.

Stayed here and no one at front desk when trying to checkin and the employee talked to us from upstairs and yelled down to us. Came back later no one at desk again. No variety at breakfast and chairs are in need of replacement. No water pressure in bathrooms, mirror was broken. I typically stay at grandstay and this one is definitely lacking in many areas and need some TLC!
