Ok but could be better

Could have laid $40 to check in early and decided not to. Went back at 4 the check in time and my room wasn’t done. The room also stunk like wet dog. No guidance on how to get to our room.

The overall stay was alright. The room was clean but the front desk customer service is terrible. Waited over an hour and a half for a blanket and pillow. Not the best option for breakfast. Breakfast bag and go, I don't recommend.

Never will stay again

The room smelled funny when first entering. Had to buy an air freshener. Was not told that parking was not included and had to go through third party to set up. And had to pay them a fee. The restaurant in the hotel would say things were free part of meal and then charged us an amount. We will never choose this hotel when visiting Minneapolis again.
