This hotel is clearly in the midst of a change. There is no maid service, the hot tub was closed, the breakfast is a simple grab and go, nothing hot. It's filthy and in a desperate need of an update.

My experience: I arrived at 1:30ish AM, made reservations online. My stay was not the best. The first room smelled AWFUL. I’m not sure what it was but then I decided to spray perfume then to just deal with it because it was late and I was tired. I went to go shower but the conditioner was already used. Both shampoo and conditioner had black residue left on it. Then I went to remove the covers and there’s a stain in the bed. Not sure if it was food or makeup or something but it was an obvious stain. So 3 strikes, out. I went downstairs and had to get a different room. THE STAFF ARE LOVELY. I repeat, the staff I interacted with were great. The lady on the phone and the gentleman that gave me a different room were helpful. But the second room I noticed the locks on the door were very loose. I ended up propping stuff against the door because like I said it was later than 2am at this point and I was exhausted. Not sure if I’m going to be back if I was 100% honest. I did like the staff though they were 5 out of 5 stars. I wish I got their names but they were helpful and nice.

My group of 4 stayed 1 night, it was comfortable, there were some spots that could use improvement such as the blinds being shredded a bit, and the nightstand looked a little dusty. It was an overall okay experience for a 1 night stay.

Check in was horrible, rooms were outdated, received email a couple days before saying lots of throngs done work. Breakfast was thrown together on a folding table in the lobby.

Cheap but adequate

Hotel was undergoing renovation and thus we got a great deal. But there was no room cleaning, the restaurant was out of business, the breakfast was barebones, and the service was terrible. It was like they were purposely trying to be a one star hotel. But then again it was really cheap so I'm happy I chose it

Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Felt like sleeping on a cloud. Some furniture are dated and can use repairs but overall, still enjoyed our day. My daughters enjoyed the breakfast and pool. I liked that the room had a fan to drown out noise and it was a quiet and cozy room. Staff was friendly.
