Staff friendly cleaning could have been better no liners in the garbage not enough towels room had a stuffy odor. Was looking forward to the hot tub that wasn’t available but nothing posted in lobby or online.

1st room was so dirty, grease marks and smudges all over window, floor not vacuumed, blood stain on sheets, chairs stained and crusty. So hot and humid and smelled bad. Went to desk, they said they had no other rooms available. Until someone, I assume is a manager, didn't introduce herself, found us a different room on another floor that was more clean, however vents in here are coated with dust, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in shower have mold on them and they're empty. Furniture is beat up pretty bad, I can find better furniture at goodwill. In the evening, the halls stunk of weed. Not worth the money. The lobby is misleading, once you make it through there, the rest is dirty and unkept.

ADA mobiliy rooms need to have a hand held shower. Our room had one at one point, but it looks like maintenance didn't want to replace it and just insyalled a wall mount shower head. This is fixing on the cheap, like alot of things at this property.

RUN!!!

My toilet wouldn’t flush and my sink did not drain even after 2 maintenance requests and even asked requested to be moved to a different room which was never honored. Sketchy ppl hanging in the lobby and sitting outside at ALL hours. It was as if the lobby had a “marijuana”scented plug-in. I visited this hotel once in 2022 and it was nice. It has gone WAAAAAAY downhill. All the furniture needs to be cleaned or even burned. The bed skirt on my bed was FILTHY. The curtains in my room looked like a cat ripped them to shreds! The insides of the drawers were disgusting. The wardrobe had 2 hangers and one was broken.WILL NOT return nor would I recommend this to even my worst enemy.

I requested my room to be cleaned for the 2nd day and towels replaced. When I returned to the room after 6pm the next day, my room was NOT cleaned or towels replaced.

Furniture in room looks like its finish came from a used Hotel 8. Carpeting in hall ways is stained and needs to be cleaned… linens on the bed had a stain on the top and one pillow smelled like a very spicy cologne. Breakfast was not stocked regularly. Cereal and fruit was scarce.
