On arrival at check in we were asked whether we needed the accessible option on our King rooms. We did not, so the room was switched. On arriving at the room they were now a twins, which was not mentioned at all.
Went back to reception explaining theat was not acceptable so we were switched back but one room was now not ready (well after check in time) so had to wait. Internet login was not given to us but when we asked and got it, it was worthless as we either could not login, due to too many users, or were kicked off after a few minutes. Very dissappointing for a Hyatt. It is however in a convenient location
